    You were banned on here? It won't have been adding a timeline that got you banned, but no idea why then - it's usually those suspected of spamming etc. Maybe site admin can take a look for you if you give your previous username.

    Glad you sorted it. It would be super helpful if you could add the info to your timeline, as most people don't look at signatures but the timelines are incredibly helpful and all add to the body of knowledge on VJ. Thanks and good luck.

    It seems far too wordy and emotional to me - I realise that of course it's mainly emotion based for you, but that won't get you a waiver. You need to give facts about the hardship and evidence to support that. So shorten it down, focus on the financial/medical hardship to the USC etc, and provide evidence of that to support your claim. If you can get a lawyer to help you with the application, I would. Best of luck.

    That's still really, really quick. Most people don't get married after such a short time together, who's pushing for marriage so early in the relationship? Can I suggest you go back and read your previous thread again, and remember how you were scammed before and nearly lost your house and church over it? It would be awful to make the same mistake again - not saying that's definitely what's happening, but it's worth looking at with that mindset. Best of luck to you.

    You did say you wanted candour, so I'm afraid I'm going to be a bit blunt. You got sucked in before by somebody that clearly wasn't legit, and this is ringing alarm bells and sounds like exactly the same thing is happening again. I'm not saying it's definitely fake on her side, but she's several decades younger than you and desperately needs a way to be able to stay in the US. How did you meet this woman?

    Social security and property tax don’t prove you were physically in the US, plenty of people pay them whilst living/working elsewhere. Bank statements showing (in store) transactions maybe? Medical records? Employment records?

    I edited my response to make it clearer - if the PD is current then there's no aging out in to F2B anyway.

    An expedite is only possible if a visa is available, so if the PD isn't current on the Visa Bulletin then there's nothing that can be done. And if the PD is current on the VB, then the applicant would stay F2A at that point anyway under CPSA.

    What's the reason for the expedite? Just aging out wouldn't qualify.

    OK, so adjustment of status isn't an option for you, as you're not married. When did you enter, have you overstayed?

    As Boiler said, we really need to know (a) where you are and (b) when you got married if you want assistance. Without basic details it's hard to answer any of your questions.

    And yet you still haven't given us info on the age gap and consulate? We're not asking because we're nosy, we're asking because it would have a material impact on our advice to you. If you have a big age gap and a high fraud consulate then just reapplying without more time together may mean you waste time and money on a second rejection.

    As above, it never has done for immediate relatives. Is yours a family preference category, or immediate relative?
