That's great that you let them know.

There's a reason extension letters are 48 months (4 years) now. The wait times are aweful. On the other hand, @Crazy Cat wife's I-751 took 44 months and @mindthegap is still waiting since 2015. Though those are rare cases...

48 months sounds crazy at first but even this extension expires Feb 2025 which’s like a year away

Received date of February 25, 2021.  I just got an email stating that a new card is being produced and will be mailed to me as of today.  Good luck to all of you still waiting.  Now to help my husband with his English so he can apply for citizenship.  But for now, we don't have to worry about a stupid extension letter every few months.

I filed on feb 26 and got an update that they are reviewing new docs I sent in. So looks like they are at the end of the February pile

I applied for ROC for my GC more than 30 months ago and my case is still pending at YSC. However, I should be receiving my permanent GC any day now. Both spouses filed for divorce this July. Currently, do I have to notify USCIS of my pending divorce? From what I understand I can only do divorce waiver after we have divorce decree and its not going to happen anytime soon. I am also eligible to apply for N400 this December after having my GC for 5 years, not marriage based N400. Any recent cases with feedback would be much appreciated and it is such a gray area.

Wonderful. Amazing. Fantastic work as usual from uscis.

I do genuinely think at this point that they might have just one person working through all the cases which is why it's taking so long.

It is most certainly an automatic update to processing times based on where the bulk of the applications are. I would imagine you should see some movement within the next few months; it seems to be taking two or three months to get through one (i.e. last I saw it was Jan 2021, they're probably still finishing up that month aside from a handful of approvals from later months). so maybe you will see yours in september/October?

Yeah I think it’s about 1:3 ratio . I was hoping for September so bad, because I need to proceed with divorce and it keeps delaying

And even after this scheduled maintenance, my I-751 status is still blank! I've officially crossed 29 months now, chatting with a live agent has only yielded them telling me the service center my application is at, and there doesn't seem to be any movement on either of my applications. Just an incredibly frustrating process.

EDIT: Just saw that processing times for YSC have now gone up to 30 months. This gets funnier with every passing day.

Intresting. Every time I get closer tp official proccesing month it moves by 1 month. Im at 30 months now, Feb 2021 filer and hoped that my case is getting approved soon.

Aweful! Have you considered WoM or N-400?

I don’t know what is WoM but I’ll be eligible to apply for N-400 in December based on 5 years having a green card and I will. I was just hoping to get second green card by then. I did not apply after 3 years and my martial status was not clear at that time and I since filed for divorce, so I’m glad I did not apply after 3.

Did you try the "outside of processing time"?  It appears you are at a point you ought to submit a request.

    This is insane.

My outside of processing time starts at the end of October, that’s the earliest I can inquire. On the website they date they process 80% of the cases within 29 months, so there are still 20% that are not processed within this timeframe , so you can inquire several months after that only

Posted in the monthly thread already, but filed for my husband in Jan 2021 and he just got his GC in the mail a few days ago. Case approved Jul 14th. So grateful to be out of waiting in YSC hell. On the plus side, I didn't realize the new GC would expire 10 years from issuance, so it doesn't expire until 2033 which is nice.

Congrats ! I’m feb 2021 filer and just reached my 29 months mark. Hopefully they’ll get to my case soon ! No interview I assume ?
