The NVC stage is more involved for the Spouse visa, but its the same complexity that you would face if you used K1 , married in the US and applied for adjustment of status to LPR on the basis of marriage. What is required for souse visa at NVC is the same as what is required at AOS. The spouse visa has the advantage of granting the spouse LPR status on entry to the US.. K1 requires AOS which is taking over 12 months now and there are restrictions on work, overseas travel, ability to get a SSN, drivers licence etc until AOS is completed. Application for work and travel authorization should be submitted at the same time as AOS.. no extra cost.. they are processed faster but still taking 8 months plus.  Processing time for K1 is not much faster than CR1 .. and the journey to GCard being issued for the K1/AOS is way longer and $$$ than Cr1

nothing here is simple, fast or cheap. Settle that in your mind because you wont  short circuit the processes.

When CR1 Visa is summited it has to be summitted along with an I-130 or there should be other forms with it? i wonder how much does it cost for the initial submission of CR1? I know I-130 is about $535 and DS260  $325 and $275 for medical exam.  Is there other cost for it?

Read the CR/IR1 guides on this website and on the USCIS webpage and the state.gov site. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-2-begin-nvc-processing.html

Its not the # of forms or the processing time that you need to understand .. its the whole process from start.. filing the I130 form .. through finish.. entry into US … and further removal of conditions if entry is prior to the 2nd anniversary of your marriage

It seems the CR visa is more complicated than the fiance visa....

    1. You can  marry without meeting in person.

    2. You can  continue to not meet in person after the marriage service.

If 1 and 2 above are true, then technically you can get a K-1 visa.

However at the K-1 interview the CO might deny the visa because you haven’t met enough.

How many forms does it takes for Spousal visa and how long does it takes to process?

In other words don't mix processes we are far away and most likely we won't meet that often.
