    One more thing since you are pros, it says payment from a USA based bank, does it mean any US bank outside the US? or does the bank need to be in the US.

    Who says I am working in the USA, I go once a year do my shopping and come back , I was thinking of my daughter who is in med school and if we have green card she would find a good match on her profession , also it is being offered to me, people change after 14 years , my brother has refused to cooperate

    Hi, I brother applied filed for my immigration 14 years back, I just got approval, but now he refuses to cooperate as a petioner, I am fully capable to support myself and daughter financially , can I proceed without the affidavit of support and other documents of the petioner ? It says pay fee but I don’t want to pay and get stuck just because the petioner isn’t willing to proceed kimdly advice .
