  1. I'm not sure expediting will do anything at this stage, everything that could have been expedited has already been done. What Embassy are you trying to apply for? That could help people answer your question.

Each one of those lines above represent a couple that has been desperately waiting for about a year and a half, with absolutely no news. Their futures held in limbo by pure red-tape.

  5. The new/in progress numbers on my scans are sometimes a little off. The I'm not sure how the original programmer wrote that part of the code as it doesn't make much sense sometimes and is not 100% accurate. However untouched number is accurate, I could list each and every one of those untouched case numbers for you. The USCIS everyday is mostly touching previously touched cases.
  6. Right now it's taking approximately 3 months from NOA2 to NVC shipping your case to the embassy (approx. 45 days for USCIS to send your case and another 45 days for NVC to process it). The holidays didn't help things. I have a NOA2 of Sept 27th, and my case was sent to the embassy Jan 3rd (98 days total). Say another month for Germany to get you your welcome letter and for you to get an interview, yeah I'd say April or at the latest May looks good for you.

  10. CEAC Shows three things at this stage in the process: 1) in transit - shipment is in the air or soon will be, 2) received - physical case file is at the Embassy, and 3) ready - your case is prepared to schedule and complete your interview. You should be good to go to fill out your DS-160 on CEAC, pay the fees, and schedule your interview. https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ I'm not sure if your case got sent to Poland like all the Russians, or you were able to have it get sent to Armenia, but check with the regional forums on what the next step is for scheduling. I'm not 100% sure what to do at this point I have seen conflicting evidence. Some sites say: Step 2: Schedule the Interview Once the U.S. Embassy Warsaw receives the approved petition from NVC, the Immigrant Visa Section will send a letter with the instructions on preparing for the visa interview to the applicant. The letter will be accompanied by a copy of the petition and you should verify the validity of the petition before scheduling an appointment. If you notice that your petition expired or will expire soon, the petitioner should provide the Embassy with a letter of intent to marry each other within 90 days after the beneficiary’s admission to the United State and a statement that both the petitioner and the beneficiary remain legally free to marry. Please bring this extension (revalidation) letter for the interview. Note: Do not schedule your interview date until you receive these instructions. If you do not receive the instructions from the US Embassy within six weeks after the notification from NVC about the transferring of your case to Warsaw, you have to send an inquiry about the status of your case to support-poland@ustraveldocs.com . But other sites say that you won't be receiving a welcome letter. I'm confused as well.
  11. Congrats to you as well! Yes by “In Transit” I mean that I (the petitioner) received the same letter and our case is in transit. you can use that new number to check the status of your case here. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV It should currently say “in transit”. Once it arrives, it will say “Ready” and open up the page where it allows you to schedule the interview. some embassies are different. Some will send you an email and let you know they have received it and tell you to schedule your interview online, and some won’t send you anything and you just pay your fees and schedule your interview on your own. I’m not 100% which way Poland does it. However I’ve attached a pic of the online registration of what it looks like, and the current open dates for the Warsaw Embassy. (This is from yesterday on the russian telegram chat, I don’t have access to this page yet.)
  12. Got my "In Transit" from the NVC today. NOA1: July 28th Filer NOA2: Approved Sept 27th We're almost there! No updates from Monday, looks like they had it off for the new year's holiday. Tuesday Updates: 109000: 1 Withdrawal, 1 Other (Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration) (0 new / 2 in progress) 110500: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 113000: 2 Approvals (0 new / 2 in progress) 113500: 3 Approvals (0 new / 3 in progress) 114500: 1 Other (Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction) (0 new / 1 in progress) 01/03/23: 9 Total Updates: 6 Approvals, 1 Withdrawal, 2 Others (Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration, Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction)
  13. NOA2 Sept 27th I got our case number today from the NVC. it took 98 days. My case is in transit to the embassy. I tried so so hard to intercept the case at the NVC and get it rerouted to the Jerusalem Embassy (who accepted us months ago). But due to the incompetency of the NVC, it wasn't possible to get a hold of them and they still routed our case to Poland. I emailed them at all three points of contact, every single week to try and get them between the time they processed our case and sent it out, to no avail.
  14. Friday Updates: 112500: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 113000: 1 Approval, 1 RFER (0 new / 2 in progress) 114500: 1 Other (Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction) (0 new / 1 in progress) 115000: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 116000: 2 RFERs (0 new / 2 in progress) 116500: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 117500: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 12/30/22: 9 Total Updates: 2 Approvals, 6 RFERs, 1 Other (Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction) Total for this month: 82 Untouched, 2292 Approvals, 295 RFESs, 216 RFERs, 309 Denials, 10 Expedites(Denied: 9 / Approved: 1), 145 Withdrawals, 67 Others
  15. Thursday Updates: 107000: 1 RFER (1 new / 0 in progress) 116000: 2 Approvals (0 new / 2 in progress) 118000: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 118500: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 12/29/22: 5 Total Updates: 3 Approvals, 2 RFERs
  16. I wouldn't suggest booking anything. Right now the total wait time to get processed by the NVC is about 3 months. It took about 45 days for USCIS to even send them my case and another 47 days and counting for the NVC to process it (still waiting). After that, they send it the embassy. This usually is pretty quick, 5 or so days on average I believe. Then you schedule your interview. You should check the region specific forum for how busy and backlogged the Dominican Republic embassy is. If all goes well, you should receive your passport in 2-3 days after the interview. Again, this depends on your embassy. Administrative processing (AP) is also a risk with some people.
  17. Wednesday Updates: 107500: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 111500: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 113500: 2 RFERs (0 new / 2 in progress) 114000: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 116000: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 116500: 1 Denial (0 new / 1 in progress) 117000: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 117500: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 118500: 1 RFER (0 new / 1 in progress) 12/28/22: 10 Total Updates: 9 RFERs, 1 Denial
  18. Oh no! 75 days for them not even receiving it is awful! Have you tried calling USCIS to see when/if they sent it? The 91 days (92 now) is since NOA2. I email the Public Inquiry Form as well as NVCResearch almost every week, and got a response on Nov 3rd that they hadn't yet received it, then I got another response on Nov 10th saying they received it and its awaiting entry into their systems. So my case arrived to them sometime between 37 and 44 days after NOA2. So assuming they received it on Nov 10th - I'm at 49 days of waiting for my number since they received my case. This whole process sucks
  19. No Updates on Monday, seems USCIS took a day off for the holidays. Tuesday Updates: 107000: 1 Other (Document Was Returned To USCIS) (0 new / 1 in progress) 109500: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 110000: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 110500: 1 Withdrawal (0 new / 1 in progress) 114500: 2 Approvals (0 new / 2 in progress) 116000: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 116500: 1 Approval (0 new / 1 in progress) 12/27/22: 8 Total Updates: 6 Approvals, 1 Withdrawal, 1 Other (Document Was Returned To USCIS)
  20. I'm at 91 days. (NOA2 Sept 27th) I emailed the NVC pretty much every week and they didn't even receive my case from the USCIS until between Nov 3rd and Nov 10th.

  24. My approval is Sept 27th and I'm still waiting with you. 85 days and counting. From my emails, the NVC only received my case sometime between Nov 3rd-Nov 10th.
