  11. You don't need any family members to witness- we had none,it was just me and my wife, and a courthouse employee was the witness!
  12. It's not that easy anymore to keep the german citizenship she should read about it thoroughly on the german state website! You need to proof good reasons,to keep it. But,even as a firmer german citizen, if needed you can always get that citizenship back I've been through that reading and thought process, cause I'm german,but eligible to apply for us citizenship in May'23- not keeping german citizenship πŸ˜‰
