  1. And just looked on online acc : October 23rd is my interview. Not sure, if combo or just naturalization
  2. I just got two updates by text/email : my I-751 was moved to other office ( probably CA) AND for my N-400: Interview has been scheduled 😃
  3. In general, the last in - first out approach is completely unfair 😫
  4. Totally fine, I had to get mine from friends & family in Germany and took some time.
  5. 2 year conditional greencard, or 10 year greencard? You don't have a timelone posted, so hard to tel.....if it's 2 year, you can file I-751 remove conditions 90 days before expiration date of greencard, and N-400 90 days before hitting 3 years of being permanent resident. My I-751 is still pending ( applied May'22) and I filed N-400 in May this year, also pending.
  6. Amazing!😃 nearly done with your journey! All the best for your interview!👍
  7. Thank you! I do have pending I-751 & N-400 , so I'll wait for that to be finished and file then.
  8. What about paying us back for all the printer ink? Spend a fortune on that🤪😉
  9. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/driver-licenses-identification-cards/assembly-bill-ab-60-driver-licenses/ read this about driver's license in CA- that's how I got mine.Once you get your greencard, just go to dmv and update😉
  10. No, only citizens are qualified . I got one, too a while back.on the note i got Was a webpage where you can say that you're not qualified due to bot being us citizen
  11. No, don't go .You withdrew your application and the interview got canceled. Hope, you get better soon! And , when you're ready, just reapply for naturalization 😉
  12. You're fortunate to be able to travel that much, that's great for both: your relationship AND for evidence!! All the best for your journey, strong nerves and patience- and never be reluctant to ask here for help: it is a great community with lots of knowledgeable people!👍
  13. Wooho, great! I'm hoping for that, too I also included the NOA for I-751 in my N-400 application, so fingers crossed! All the best for your interview!👍You'll soon be free from uscis😉
  14. Yes, better all of them- even if they won't look at it.Better to much , than 1 missing item😉
  15. That's exactly your situation, as I see it- be honest to the officer about when he moved out and that you can't file for divorce now, plus that this is not your goal but rather want to work it out. Your attorney might pitch in there, too. To me , your evidence looks sufficient 👍 Viel Glück fürs Interview!😉
  16. Ok....no timeline, so it was a bit confusing...at least. But again, the fact that you are a naturalized citizen, unfortunately has no impact on the 10 year ban that happened because he overstayed his visa🤷‍♀️ those are the rules and they get enforced. Sorry for the situation, it's really unfortunate 😕
