Until the tax year ends in April 2023, you are not obligated to present the 2022 tax return. That is unless you have already done your 2022 tax returns, then you should include 2022.
 
We filed on Jan 8, at that time I hadn’t done my returns so I gave 2021. Then we received an RFE and in the response I gave 2022 because I did my returns before the RFE.

Yes they are different. Tax Return is your 1040 form and subsequent pages. Tax Transcript looks more like a list, it can be taken from IRS website. You can find easily by googling. 
 
We submitted both.

We also submitted an RFE, it was received on 02/08. Then had our biometrics on 02/17. We are not approved yet either. I’ve seen people getting approved within 1-2 weeks timeframe of the biometrics too, which is still a very good outcome. Here’s to hoping we don’t get left behind.

Full names, who is beneficiary and who is petitioner, NVC and USCIS case numbers.
 
NVC case number should be in the subject line.

It may be a little different for each congress representative. But for TX-24 district, I called their office, described my request, then she gave me an email address to send case details. 
 
Find who is your representative first and then search how to contact their office.

Today the Ankara embassy made some appointment dates available and we were able to reschedule our appointment to December 5th from January 24th.

What you need to do is when your case is in “In Transit” status you should send an email to ankaraiv@state.gov including the NVC case number in the subject line, and provide the email addresses for both of you in the message.
 
They sent an email to my fiance 6 days after the case was in “Ready” status (received by the embassy).

Yes it will be given by NVC.

Yeah our case is sent to the embassy, 70 days after NOA2. This Administrative Processing might have been the standard procedure afterall.
