I just glanced at 1st post above and the obvious issue jumped out: I-130 filed 07/17/2015 but @DELETEMYACCOUNTx keeps referring to the Priority Date as 11/10/2015. That is incorrect, as PD is same as filing date. ..so 07/17/2015. You are not grasping this clearly. I will attempt The Petitioner/ Sponsor ( your father) fills out an I-864 for EACH son/daughter. If dad is married , he counts as 2, if single he is 1. If dad sponsored someone other than wife, add one more to dad the Petitioner/Sponsor ‘s I-864 A-Family 4 plus Petitioner Sponsor 1 , the total is 5 ( I sent you link see income needed) B-Family 5 plus 1 , needs 6 C-Family 5 plus 1 needs 6 D-Family 4 plus 1 needs 5 The Joint Sponsor w $200 K income , starts out with 5 ( even though they are not LPR yet and petitions are pending, wife and children are counted as dependents. So Joint Sponsor does an I-864 for each family A-Family 4 plus Joint Sponsor 5 , needs 9 B-Family 5 plus Joint Sponsor 5, needs 10 C-Family 5 plus Joint Sponsor 5, needs 10 D-Family 4 plus Joint Sponsor 5, needs 9

Do not delay anyone’s case because you are being misinformed on what is actually required. Go get some legal help before making decisions. You can easily find a Joint Sponsor that makes enough . If Joint Sponsor is single ( for example) , he only needs income for 6. Look at poverty guidelines. AND most importantly, he can be Joint Sponsor for ALL of them Not sure why everyone responding is telling you they need to qualify on income for 23 immigrants. That is absolutely incorrect

Each I-864 only needs to show qualifying income for that immigrant family plus 1 ( sponsor) . So family of 5 add 1 and show income for six only. It does NOT matter that you are also sponsoring the other families. They are NOT counted until each sponsored immigrant is granted LPR…so perfectly fine fo all siblings go through process at same time
