    Thanks for this update. Many people are traveling so far because they are afraid that USCIS may flags their marriage as fraudulent. So, in this case you have to prove The marriage consumption. But is it easy to prove that?

    Yeah, USCIS will not recognize such marriage and your immigration problem will start right there. That's why many people travel from far distance and spend a lot of money on flight ticket only to get married.

    Did you receive any notifications after the online filing? Because it's always advisable to file at least 2 or 3 days after your due date ( not the same you clocked the 90 days early filing) before sending your application. Time Zone in different states may cause some files to be rejected because it was filed too early.
