  1. you have to search by ranges of case numbers, YSC would be the Potomac center 21 would be the fiscal year, and then for January 2022 you have the following range 9007XXXX, so you pick a number, search like 300 cases, and look for one where they only say "case received" which will give a date, and then see the cases around that one.
  2. whereas for YSC (Potomac) they're not even finished approving December 2020 cases......
  3. According to the APP, POTOMAC (YSC) is approving forms submitted in January 2021/
  4. It helps them out if you make a double hole punch at the top of each page
  5. I don't know, been checking in the case tracker app and they're processing cases around October/November 2020 for YSC......
  6. I wonder what happens if you file the N-400 under the 5 year rule, and USCIS still has not adjudicated the I-751 by that time.....
  7. I've been checking the processing time on the Case Tracker app. It seems they are approving cases around the October/November 2020. It would probably take a couple more months to get to December 2020, might be worth waiting a little more.
  8. Well, from what I saw you probably have 4 months more of waiting, you're very close, wait a little longer. I see the vast majority of i-751 forms are approved without an interview, if you send the N-400 now you'll probably muddle your process because they have to send the form to the local office, and you'll most likely have to do a combo interview.
  9. Unless the case has unusual circumstances, such a divorse, or the immigrant was arrested, or there are other red flags, and if the person is good at reading and following instructions, they can forgo the Attorney
  10. In the "Case Tracker" App on IOS, it allows you to search up tp 500 cases at a timer. I set a range and start moving numbers
  11. In my investigation, I did see sporadic approvals from later months, but it is not until you get to the forms filed on October/November 2020 do you see approvals and RFEs being issued.
  12. So, I checked, and the Potomac center is approving forms filed around October/November 2020 (range around YSC2190021XXX)
  13. So, I've been looking at the Case tracker APP, at the moment the Potomac center is approving the the forms filed between October and November 2020 (range around YSC2190021XXX). There are scattered approvals for forms filed up to around May 2021. Not sure yet whether or not N400 would be helpful at this stage.....
  14. I think you have to apply at a Venezuelan embassy outside the USA. Mexico City or DR are probably the closest.
  15. The original plan under the steven miller administration was to get rid of the parents, siblings, and adult children categories....
  16. And the funny thing is that according to the proposed new rule it USCIS dedicates on average 4.7 hours to make decisions on I-751 forms.... just read the article in the CATO institute website and it says it takes only 1.54 hours to complete the I-751 form!!! and we have to wait more than 2 years?? And I think it is unfair to base the fees on the supposed wealth of the petitioners, should be based on actual cost
