Our case has finally been updated to issued, final processing, and my wife received tracking # email today as well. Finally we are really hoping to close the book on this almost 3yr process (submitted our petition july of 2019). My wife's status finally changed to issued yesterday after 5PM. I assume they still haven't mailed it out, but hopefully she will receive a tracking number on Monday?

The consulate received my wife's passport on the 25th; I just checked the CEAC portal and status is still refused. Really hoping it will change soon and she will get that damn tracking #

Given that it is literally being sent to the consulate down the street, I'll be livid if it takes more than one day. My wife says the person working there said it would be there tomorrow.
