    Congratulations you’re almost there! By the time I submitted my passport and medical to them and received the passport back it took 2 weeks. So it might be even sooner than 5-6 weeks!

    Congrats!! BTW did they email you a tracking number, like a separate email after your status said issued? I haven't received a tracking number when they issued my visa 😕 I keep checking but there's nothing.

    My visa now said ISSUED on Nov. 16! I cannot believe it! I first submitted my I-130 Jan 2020 and it was sent to NVC September 2020. My interview was November 2021 and I was issued the dreaded DS5535 and they requested a resume. After exactly a year and some odd days, I finally received an issued status. Some of you might be aware that my last update was Jan. 7, 2022 but in October I sent and email. In the email I explained that I received no updates for more than 10 months and I wanted to raise attention to my case and asked for a just and fair review. This worked for me because soon after, I started receiving 5 new updates and two weeks ago they requested a new medical, passport photos and my passport and I didn't go through with WoM. I completely understand the hopelessness you all feel in this process and I wish you all the best, especially @ice-qube and @BatmanFlow although your mom is also nearing the end of this process too!

    Congratulations!! From my understanding you are able to enter the US to activate the green card and to make sure you're not late with entering since it is dependent on the date on your medical. But you are able to handle your errands and prepare for your move to America. All the best!

    Nope, still here, too! I emailed them and the actually responded on Oct. 7 and now that's my last update. Super generic email too. Approaching one full year in 3 weeks of waiting in AP.

    Oh man, I’m sorry to hear that @ice-qube I’ve wished for a better outcome for you and especially in previous discussions on how ludicrous it is to spend more money for lawyers to force agents to do the job they were supposed to do. Being an OG on here right too, I’m experiencing no movement even after asking questions. I wish you the best with Hawking, keep us posted!

    Hey deep2ca, yes I remember you were also pretty active on the old thread. This thread has lots of new people (unfortunately for anyone to be joining this thread). I can’t remember If you’re case was CR/IR1 or K1 but that’s great you received an update. Did they ask you to provide new Info or did you just submitted to them. All my stuff expired my interview was Nov 2021 and last update Jan 7 🥲
