  1. Good, include the copy of that notice with I-129F and good luck. Which service center has your I-130? because I-129F goes to the same service center. Nebraska is fastest and only takes 3-5 month to get I-129F denied and I-130 approved. Other service centers have been increasing wait times for I-129F and is pretty much equivalent to I-130. Mine was sent to Potomac and it took exactly 8 month to get I-129F denied and I-130 approved.
  2. Congrats, that is amazing. NVC review time is def going faster and faster these days.
  3. That is totally normal. There is no email notification that your documents are submitted. Case status showing that you need to submit required documents is totally normal too. The status will change once they review documents which will happen in approximately 50-60 days.
  4. Oh people wished to get a review after 70 days because it was actually up to 97 days on January 2022. I think same thing caused it, decreased workforce and less effort caused it.
  5. That’s amazing. I would say increasing workforce and effort caused it. For example, this week they managed to cut the public inquiry wait time by 12 days. They can definitely do the same to document review time if they tried to.
  6. Yep and it is a great news. Also they have cut public inquiry wait time exponentially. If they continue like this it would be amazing. I hope review time will come down to 30-40 days which is totally possible as they did it back in summer 2021.
  7. How would immigration think that they are in the U.S when I recommended putting beneficiaries home address? I think you misread my response. I would advice rereading it.
  8. Everything is digital today anyways including interview letters so I would not suggest putting your address as there is no point.
  9. They are having maintenance. That is why you can't submit payment.
  10. Then ask sponsor to send you W2 forms or 1099 forms so you can provide it to NVC
  11. Okay so you don’t fill out w2 form. If you are employed by someone and you earned salary they had to give you w2 forms for each year. But, if you are self-employed then you need to provide 1099 forms.
  12. You have to submit 2021 W2 form and wait another round (approximately 2month) for another review and once they accept it you will get a DQ message.
  13. Did NVC leave any new FE note in messages section? and when did you last submitted your document?
  14. 1) I have provided only two photos while filling out online. One 2x2 Photo of the petitioner and One 2x2 Photo of the beneficiary. 2) Signing I-130A doesn't indicate that spouse is inside the U.S. You are confusing the rule that if the beneficiary is abroad, they are not required to sign I-130A but not required means it is up to you if you want to sign it or not. 3) One of the most important part to avoid unnecessary delays is to correctly indicate if the beneficiary intents to adjust status in the U.S or apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate; (This is located on Page 8). I have seen a lot of people making mistakes and filling both or putting adjustment of status while the beneficiary is abroad, and USCIS keeps the case and doesn't send it to NVC, so keep the focus on this part.
  15. For marriage certificate, put the original document first and then translation because that's how they require it. And for police certificates check if it has the right issuing authority by country on this page. (sometimes countries have two issuing authorities and people get confused to which one to submit) https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html
  16. From my personal experience, yes that’s right. If all other documents say “accepted” you are good. Just replace the one that says rejected and you will be DQ’d next time.
  17. Sad. When they send rfe for already provided documents the problem is mostly the “issuing authority” on the document. Check here if you have the right document that they specifically need. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html
  18. took 3 business days to get a welcome letter for IR1-CR1. I got the approval two weeks ago from USCIS.
  19. Seems fine to me. my case was just approved and I included similar evidence + some proof of merging our finances together such as having a property under both names where beneficiary resides and giving gifts to each other. We also had a joint bank account where beneficiary resides and occasionally used it when I would go visit. One more thing I did is that when I filled online, I would add more evidence every three month through online account which is easy to do. It was approved after eleven month of wait, no RFE's.
  20. Looks like they only fixed the problem for the people who are submitting payments now, since I submitted my payment 2 days ago and it was posted today as ''paid'' and I was able to access DS-260 and upload documents. I hope they will fix it for people who already submitted their payments.
  21. It is super unfair since your husband submitted transcripts. But you have to submit what they asked for and yes clock will restart because you go back in line. (Currently it takes about two month to review documents) Back in time it might have been reasonable to argue with them over the public inquiry form and defend your position but response for public inquiry is also two month so I would not go that route and submit the W2s or 1099s whichever is available to you.
  22. They have scheduled the maintenance for that issue. Did it gives you the option now? I think it should be fixed by now.
  23. Update: got the welcome letter in 3 business days after approval. It was sent to petitions email address. Thank you!
