Honestly my medical is in 3 weeks and I've been stressing out this past month trying to get my hands on all my immunization and serious hospital records since I was a baby. Especially the hospital records related to mental health. I now have hundreds of pages on my hands and I'm going to post-it note and highlight the important and most recent parts where they say I'm stable, not a threat etc. I'll let you know how I go

Hi everyone, My fiancé and I are waiting for NOA 2 but I’ve had to move and may have to move again since first receiving NOA1 over a year ago. I’ve put a redirection notice for my mail but Australia Post has only sent me 50% of my redirected mail in practice. Ive noticed online if someone makes an account then a petitioner can change their address or anyone who resides in the US can change their address but there’s no place for an Australian beneficiary like me to change their address on their application. So I rang up their international number this morning: +1 (212) 620-3418 and got a robot. I said that I’m a beneficiary of an I29F form and the robot said said that since I’m in America I should make an account to change my address. 🙄 5 times we went back and forth where I was like like “no I’m Australian I live in Australia I need to talk to a person” and then the robot was like “oh you’re an alien here in America would you like me to send you our website information via sms or email?” And eventually the robot said “if you keep requesting to speak to a live person, I will hang up the phone” so I just hung up 😭 Is there anything else I can do? I’m worried that I won’t receive the packet when we finally get NOA2 because of how slack the postal redirection is over here.

Yes you are right, I just want to make a quick side note that I am “Mormon” (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) and we are not allowed to be polygamous or we get banned from the church. Hi Guys! I'm the beneficiary Fiancé living in Australia! We got our NOA1 on November 16 2021 and haven't heard anything new since. I miss my Fiancé so much and we videochat around 15hrs a week. Wedding and honeymoon planning is a challenge because we can't set a wedding date yet so let me know how you guys have been overcoming that! I dont think immigration are complaining about your letter, they just want more evidence that you are planning to wed. I sent screenshots of me talking with my future mother-in-law about wedding plans, a receipt for the engagement ring, a picture of me "saying yes to the dress" etc. I feel the immigation workers are people who want to empathize with you to make sure your relationship is real, not computers that can be outwitted by legal protocol.

Why are people talking about divorce? I thought OP said her "friend" is still in love with her US partner. Some people have wedding ceremonies after getting married legally for practical reasons. Maybe the "friends" US spouse can visit the Philippines for a delayed wedding celebration with food and toasts and a white dress and dancing! AND VOWS AND KISSING! Celebrate the love that the CO thinks doesn't exist! AND TAKE PICTURES! Otherwise I think your "friend" is rightly screwed. I'm in Australia and my fiance and I got our NOA1 16th November 2021. When we first filed the processing time from USCIS made us believe we would be married by now. Now I'm lucky If we'll be married this time next year.
