    I have one more question my dad worked almost 25 years in Sadi Arabia but he was never a citizen of there, sometimes he worked there for 6 month, 8 months and come back and visit us but never got any papers from there I was thinking will it be a problem because I select his permanent address of his home and he’s living in there for 26 years

    But her i130 have t approved yet?? and what about the children are they immigrating with him? Will they join him on a later date? eventually he’s gonna sponsor them

    I’m filling out form DS 260 for my dad and there is a question that “is your spouse immigrating to the US with you and is she immigrating to the use at a later date to join you” what should I select because my mom’s I130 haven’t approved yet?

    It seems like it’s only letting me submit one year tax returns if I add other year’s tax return, previous one automatically removed but I’m able to add all three years tax in additional documents..also I don’t have transcripts for 2021 so I’m gonna upload the tax returns of 2021 but file size is so large how can I make it to 2MB

    Applied i130 for both mom and dad.. got an approval for dad and now paid the fee of NVC processing but can’t submit his application anyone know why? Also why they didn’t opened my mom’s case yet?

    Yeah but it doesn’t even say they are actively reviewing it it’s just case have received and a receipt notice was sent 🤦🏻‍♀️

    I applied for my mom and dad on December 18th 2021 and since that day there is no update on there case except the receipt notice, they live in Pakistan..is it normal?
