  1. I see! Found it strange that the 485 got approved first, but this seems like a happy problem to say the least.
  2. Hope so too! My I-130 is still at actively reviewed. Wonder how long it'll take to change to approved.
  3. Thank you so much. Followed the filing guide here. Grateful for this community.
  4. Marriage based AOS FO: Manhattan NYC March 16: Filed I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and medical March 18: NOA1 Date March 31: RFE for I-130 and I-485 April 22: Biometrics appointment, status for all forms changed to Actively Reviewed June 24: Approved Combo Card based on Expedite November 5: Status for I-130 is still at Actively Reviewed, but date changed to November 5 November 6: Status for I-485 changed from Actively Reviewed to Case Approved Does this mean our interview was waived? Will our I-130 change to case approved as well?
  5. Our case went from Actively Reviewed to Case Approved. Does this mean our interview was waived? Will update timeline
  6. Sure. I just tried thru Emma. I asked if I could talk to a Live Agent and explained my situation.
  7. No, but I was applying for a license to practice. I’m in healthcare. I cited their announcement that we can expedite if we’re in the field, and that I needed an ead and a valid ssn in order to progress towards my license. They didn’t ask me for anything, but I did have correspondence with our state board regarding my situation as well as the necessary paperwork they would have needed from me just in case.
  8. Reviving this thread because we received an email from the US Embassy that we can now schedule the interview for our K1 visa. Should we still call (we’ve already sent an email to both the NVC and embassy) or just let it be..?
  9. Hi! Sorry to open this thread again, so we received an email from NVC that they sent our K1 case to the US embassy. At this point, do we have to send an email to the NVC? Embassy? Or both?
  10. We included the letter to withdraw our K1 application (filed on 2020, approved 2021) with our AOS (from B1/B2) packet, sent to USCIS. Online account still indicates that the K1 is approved, and status is still at NVC. Is there is any way to verify if our petition has been properly withdrawn? For reference, despite having this, our AOS case is still being processed (received notices, RFEs, biometrics)
