Well everyone.... Im not really new to this forum, I started a long time ago but I didnt do the research and left it up to the lawyer . The lawyer filed an I129F without filing an I130 first along with my papers she sent our marriage certificate and wedding pics. So I started to panic when I hadnt heard anything from immigration. I talked to my dear friend Tiffany who got me to start a membership on VisaJourney. Tiffany filed her papers without a lawyer and helped me to see I can do this without a lawyer. THank You Tiffany!! So I started my journeyand awaiting my NOA.

I excited to start posting my dates on here.

I do have a small question though.... When they denied my I129F shouldnt they have sent back the money I sent to file?

nope they are not going to send your money back..... i wonder why your lawyer sent 129F alone??? cause if the lawyer 130 and 129F u always have option to go CR1 or K3 flow.

oh i forgot, when u are paying delbros check the monitor if the in-charge type the right entry.

Went to USEM @ 5:00am and the guard adviced us to stay our post ( pldt aread ) until they announce time of appointment scheduled we belong. Six 6:00am they called 7am to 7:30am appointment scheduled that was the time we proceed and fell in line hint : ready your appointment letter and identification, then u have to follow the line for scanning of your things to check ur didn't bring electronic gadgets(cellphones,usb,cd/dvd,musical cards), mineral water( yes mineral is only allowed when u are going to drink half from what u have for them to know it is not a kind of Gas/gasoline), and other pointed objects.

K1,K3 & CR1 considered yourself us immigrant applicant so proceed to immigrant room. Be seated and wait until the guard incharge told u to stand up and fell in line to immigrant ticketing booth for your number. Again, ready your DS forms and answer each blank indicated. After you got your number go back to your seat then listen carefully to the announcer for the FINGERPRINTING it is either @ window 16 or window 33. I had mine @ window 16. During fingerprinting show your number to them and look at the instructions infront of the window. first left 4 fingers, second 4 right fingers then the 2 thumbs ( check the position of thumbs at the window). Don't get tensed somebody will assist you on how to do it.

My number show up for pre-interview it was @ window 17. She told me to answer # 37 each box and i did.., then signed it with date. here are the questions : She asked my fullname? Who is my petitioner? How long i am married? How old i am and my hubby Is your hubby still working? When i said Yes she asked form 134 and latest W2 & ITR 2007. Then she told me okay u made it wait for your number to be called again for consul interview.

My number show up again to window#32 so went there immediately and wait till the consul get done with someone he was interviewing. When woman is done i open the door and handsome looking consul greeted me... hi,good morning. how are you? i replied good morning sir..,then say thank you i am fine. He asked my fullname, who my petitioner,where i met my hubby,how old i am and my hubby, if my husband live alone and where i am staying when i come to USA. Here are the Follow up questions how long he been divorced ,do he have children , what age. He asked our pictures so i gave him our pictures before our marriage, wedding day and after the wedding. then he asked me it was an expensive wedding i replied slight sir hahahahhahaha mr. consul was noisy but he is nice to me a salute to you Sir!!! His last word u are approved wait for your name to be called at releasing then he said welcome to america. :dance:

At releasing window # 33 shemale told me that congrats ur approved pay delivery fee for your visa..., he gave me pink slip. After handling pink slip i proceed to DELBROS and pay delivery pay of php 250.00. I am done on the day hee hee.

Note : if someone or somebody ain't nice to you there stay positive and pray that u will passed. And eventhough they don't respond you greetings always tell them THANK YOU. And they will know you have good manners. Goodluck to the next batch. Thank you so much VJ members and admin.

Hello everyone

I will fly to Manila on the 18th (Sunday). My medical is scheduled on the 20th, but decided to start on the 19th. Please pray that my medical goes well. I have a few concerns/worries, but I lifted up everything to God. He will see me through at SLEC and I'm quite sure He will be more pleased if you include me in your prayers

My interview is on the 27th. When we called USEM to schedule our interview, I wanted it on the 26th because it's a month from our 2nd anniversary. However, the 26th is holiday in the US so we picked 27. Please pray that God will grant me the wisdom and knowledge I need during this time and that I will go out from USEM's building, waving our VICTORY banner!!! :dance:

I am keeping all my hopes and faith because of LOVE. Thank you so much in advance for the prayers and support extended to me and Ryan.

God bless everyone here! I will see you all when I have enough time to drop in a cafe and see how everyone is doing. I hope and pray that those who are waiting for their visas will get it this week or next week

Hello everyone. My fiancee will try to go to SLMEC the first week of June. Is there a good day of the week to show up or will any day work? Also, should she be at the entrance very early? Does anyone know when they open? Thanks for the help.

true:thumbs: any day except monday.... if u go in the morning go there @ 5:30am and if u will be going at pm.... 12 or 1pm is best. with mine, i went there wednesday @ 5:30am and since i got my appointment letter i proceed to guard area and he gave me number and let me in and on second day i went there 7:30am eventhough they told me to come @ 9am.

hint : all christians believed the existence of God pray before u go there that evrything will be done softly. goodluck

Hello guys I just got home from Manila, arrived here at exactly 1am in the morning.

I was very tired and exhausted but IM SO THANKFUL AND HAPPY THAT FINALLY MY INTERVIEW

IS DONE AND FINISHED SUCCESFULY.

Got my Interview appoinment last May20,08 @ 7:30am but reached USE @ around 5am though it was raining that day I always think positive for my Interview result, nervous though and my hands where shaking even.

@ about 6:30 am the Guard instructed the K1 ladies with 7:30 appoinment to fall in line and present the appoinment letter with a valid ID so we can get in. ( electronic gadgets are not allowed)

and so then i passed through their XRAY pavillion, after instructed to go Immigrant Visa section to wait for my turn.

Ive waited for about an hour before I got my number its 7035 got my lucky # 7 and my fiance is #5 lol so i feel a bit easy. After I got my # ive waited for another hour for the Finger Scanning (biometrics), another 45 minutes wait for the Prescreener; He was very nice I think (SHEMALE) asked me about 6 questions goes like this:

-Who is your Petitioner?

-What is he doin for living?

-How many times you have met in person?

-Why did you decided to go Hongkong and not Philippines?

-Did you meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse??

-Is is very sulit?

As we are talking together He was smiling back at me, at the same time he asked for our recent pictures together so I brought tons of our pictures, in his 3 times visit.

He didnt asked for my emails, phonecalls, chat logs yahoo screen shot and etc. I efforted a lot brought 2 inches thick emails but He said "This is enough, i just need your pictures! Your Fiance sent us 4 inches thick of email so this is enough." ( i was pretty surprised after I saw about 5 inches thick papers we have from the USCIS, Mike didnt tell me about this lol.

He said to wait for while and just sit back and relax.

Ive waited for another hour and surprisingly my # flashed on the screen and go to room # 44.

So as Im waiting for my turn outside I was praying and ask for another assistance.

And now my Final INTERVIEW WITH THE CO.

I greeted him "Goodmorning sir!"

and He was so nice and kind and replied me "Goodmorning Miss Julie!

"Please raise your right hand;Do you solemnly swear that all your answers will be true and never lie to me?- I answered YES SIR.

and he smiled back again and let me sit.

this was our conversation goes.

CO: Okay Mis Julie Who is your petitioner?

ME: My Fiance Mr Mike ___.

CO: How did you met him?

ME: Through CB website for a year now.

CO: When was the first time you met him in person and where?

ME: Sept. 22 2007 at NAIAirport.

CO: Please tell me about your relationship and your doing together everyday?

ME: We always have communication sir, Chat phone calls text messages, although Mike is very

busy in his work but he always find a time to talk to me and thats the thing why I really love

him so much. We do have lots of fun while we are together crazy things and we enjoyed each

others company, we dont feel much tired and bored when we are together. Sir We are far in

Distance for now but in our hearts and Mind we always feel that we are closed.

CO: okay.. okay.. okay I believe you. ( if he doesnt say okay okay I keep continuing to talk about

our relatinship ) lol seems like he is in a hurry.

ME: being quiet for a while and wear my sweet smile

CO: hmmm... Are you married before?

ME: No sir!. Never been married

CO: How old are you now?

ME: 22 years old sir.

CO: When is your Fiances Birthday

ME: May 28, 19__ Sir his birthday is on the nextweek ( with a laugh tone from my Voice)

CO: Ohh wow! okay Miss Julie. (while hes looking and typing something on the Computer)

Everything is good in your papers and I see no problem YOUR VISA IS APPROVED!!

The interview took about 7 minutes only! It was fun and very momentable. The CO was very nice all the time and always smiled at me. As we talked He was looking for our pictures and suddenly looked into my eyes as well, to know if Im sincerly IN LOVE and TRUTH.

It was a very nice day to me and to other friends in that days too- Met Donabel she got approved too.

After the interview and being called my name They gave me a pink slip NO AR i asked the staff if NSO has already verified my papers and said YES! it was forwarded here in USE april 28, took 1 week only. Congratulations!!

and hand me back my picture evidences from mikes 3 times visit.

I was so happy and told the staff for about 5 times "THANK YOU!"

Theyre so nice to me too and smiled me back always, told me to pay the Visa Delivery to the DELBROS paid 400PHP

So after I paid the 400PHP i asked the DELBROS STAFF how long the Visa will be delivered into my place, she said about 5-7 days.

@ exactly 11:30 am I was out in the USE with full of confident and happiness to my heart.

and hurry called my family in Davao and Mike in the U.S to tell the Goodnews and My fiance was so happy for us!.. Soon baby days more to go we will be in each others arms again this time No more Goodbyes and cries.. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!

Hi everyone just want to ask about Delbros delivery, I received 2 text messages from them; Wednesday evening and Thursday morning stating that they will gonna deliver my visa starting today (Thursday May 22) but until now I am still waiting. My question is (I am just being impatient here hehe) do they deliver during the weekend especifically Saturday? Thank you.

they will deliver during saturday but not on sunday....., but for sure expect it on monday. congrats to and have a safe travel

This morning I kept on asking my bana to call USEM for an appointment schedule of my medical and interview. After how many minutes he told me that he made an schedule dated June 9th or earlier for my medical and June 16th at 7:AM, Gate #2 for my interview. Guys we're closer. Please do pray for us. Thanks a lot. We know God is working for all of us. But what we should remember is in Matt. 6:34 " Do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry its own things". God bless.

hi vjs, i hope u r doing ok , since we sent our I-130 package a few days ago from Florida we simply want to check with the people who filled from this state if their petitions were routed to CSC or to VSC? plz answer us we r a bit stressed specially after hearing all these story about Vermont ????????

i filled mine in CSC last july 2007 i got approved in march and both applications were approved.

Hello everyone! My interview was last May 13... and was told by the consul that my visa has been approved (thank GOD!) and was given a pink slip for payment of visa delivery. My questions, how many days do you think before I'll receive my visa? Will Delbros inform me through text message that they'll going to deliver my visa?
