I told the woman there miss i am next to you but i have to ask something to the guard first. So i went there asked and show my passport, appointment letter and K3 case number which i downloaded from my email, then he gave me a number it was # 23 we wait @ 7:30am they start calling numbers.

  3. Just wanted to share to you how happy I am, now that I've passed the medical examinations, I'm thankful to my family and to my husband and to his family for praying for me, specially to my mother in-law who called to me an hour before I went for the first day of my medical examination, I was so worried about my chest x-ray because it's been like 13 years since I had my last chest x-ray, I was worried because I'm having pleghm lately, God answered my prayer, thanks to him. I will not elaborate the experience because Gurl already posted everything here, I met her there and we even found out that we are staying on the same hotel, funny what a coincidence, she passed it too, she's so nice, on my second day, I saw fellow VJers like dbears and her kids and allecxs, they were so nice too, hope we can meet each other again on VJ eyeball. Goodluck to the next in line...I'll suggest just pray hard to God for help and guidance, God bless us all.

oh precy, it was great meeting u in person... hope to see u again during VJ eyeball. Congrats to u too and other members who passed medical exam.

  4. Oh my goodness shapey, i did mine in my husband lastname too lol but i follow second format on how to text DELBROS....

    here is the format : USE/MNL2008xxxxxx/lastname,firstname,Middlename/Address/Date ofDeposit/TimeofDeposit/Amount

and as far as i know the only reason some people got delay it is because of late registration they will need your Baptismal Cert. or it is mispelled of entry in your BC & MC and other delay is u are just paying document verifications during interview.

i hope this information will help us all.

In my case it's not the reason. My BC wasn't late registered, no misspelled, not unclear, same thing with my MC .

It's confusion with the DELBROS because USEM sent request using my "single name" with my MNL case number and my payment i used my "married name", Robbie said they got confused about the name i texted them and the name that USEM sent them but with the same MNL case number. So, they waited until USEM contacted them , "after my interview", regarding my NSO verification , is why only MAY 12 delbros sent that request to NSO. when i was told before it was May 5 that the request were forwarded to NSO.

I think, it's either Delbros or USEM need to do something how they will function correctly.

However, I already accepted, i am expecting delays of 2 or 3 weeks before i hear something about my visa.

i see, we will be thankful that u shared this experienced so we will be aware about DELBROS and USEM confusions.:star: and i hope u are able to get your visa early than u expected. God Bless

  5. Hello girls,1038075t9u0hi1fjx.gif

I've been thinking about this few days already, and i came to this analysis regarding the document verification thing. When we paid the document verification we texted our "married name" to Delbros for them to confirm our payment. I've learned that USEM send a request for document verification for all applicants whether you are K3 or K1 no exemption with the "single names". Me, as K3 , i texted my married name coz Delbros never specify in their website that when we text them about our payment we should text our "maiden name" instead of "married name". The USEM , sent a request with my "single name" along with my "MNL case number". When it gets to Delbros, they were confused because "name" from USEM and name i texted them were different but with "the same MNL case number". So, only May 12 that Delbros send the request to NSO when i already paid April 1, 2008. (1 month and 2 weeks before my interview date).

So, i am expecting a 2 weeks delay of my visa.

To those who are not paying the document verification fee yet, especially if you are K3 , the USEM send request to be verified in our "single name" and not to our "married name", that when you text Delbros about your payment, it's good to use your "single name" to avoid confusions from Delbros.

Geez. i hope Delbros or USEM clearly specify that it should be the "maiden name" and not the "new name" that they will look or will use to send request to NSO.

  8. Hey everybody..... I am so confused:

some days ago i ve got from USA EMBASSY in Moldova all the necessary docs for the interview and there is no word about the I134 form. All the required docs are like: DS-156, DS156K(for wifes), birth certificate, the marriage certificate, the police report and medical exam results . No mention about the I-134 form. IS it normal? Maybe in my country there is no need of showing to the counciler officer the Affidavit of support? WHAT you think guys about that?

    THANKS in advance

i am not familiar your case so all i can say fill up your timeline so that someone can reply your post. Spousal Visa are non-immigrant( K3) immigrant ( CR1 ) which application did u file?

  11. If she goes early. How many days does it take for Medical Interview?

Can it be done in Cebu instead of Manila?

Medical Check up and Vaccinations are in Manila @ St. Lukes if u are US applicant but if u are Australian Visa Applicant she will having her Medical in Velez Hospital in Cebu City.

It takes 2 days. first day is for check ups and on 2nd is her vaccinations.

goodluck and congrats :dance:

  12. well, they usually need red ribbon for TOR only if your applying for working visa.

but if its K visa i dont think you need any of that. They didnt even asked me if i graduated college or not or what school i went too.

dont worry you dont need those documents at all

    abby

oh thank you so much for your reply abby..... cause they scheduled me to have my TOR red ribbon on 27th i am tense cause my interview is on May 28th. ty again for replying my post.

  13. VJERS... i wont share anymore my interview experience coz all of us have the same experiences. ill just share to you how i got my visa with no sweat at all, no worries, no fear, no doubt and not once did God failed me coz i always make it a point to concentrate more on helping how others can get their visas. to tell you honestly, im spending more of my time sharing infos, inspiring people, praying for them, answering private msgs, answering fon calls than thinking of what i can do to speed up the release of my visa. it's much easier to think of others than to think of myself, i dont need to think of myself anyway coz i do believe that im already in good hands, I FEEL LIKE A BABY CARRIED BY GOD. my close friends vjers here can attest that i even offer to God to delay my visa in exchange of the release of other's visa. unbelievable right? but it is true.

I told you yesterday that my next post is visa-on-hand. Richard said, he would only book my flight when i get the visa on hand...deal is a deal. so i challenged him, ok honey im gonna get it tomorrow... to make it happen, i prayed so hard before i went to bed, i said, dear God.. i pray that You will send me my visa when i wake up. i really need to have it coz the plane ticket is getting higher each day. You are my only hope oh Lord. give me a sign that im gonna have it. amen.

i slept around 7am then i woke up 9am, coz i want to call up delbros and confirm if my visa packet will be dispatched today. unluckily, it wasnt redrose on the fon. the girl who answered my call wasnt that accommodating. so i cry out loud to God again and told Him,God i will not dial the visa delivery dept again after i say this prayer to you. ill just go on answering private msgs and replying to posts.. after an hour, 10am, BELIEVE IT OR NOT...whoooaaa i got another text confirmation from delbros (this is my second text confirmation).. and i knew right there and then that THAT'S THE SIGN!!!

12:30PM MAY 7 VISA-ON-HAND or it's just proper to say REWARD-ON-HAND THANK YOU OH LORD!!!

ISN'T THAT A MIRACLE???!!! ISN'T THAT ENOUGH PROOF THAT PRAYERS ARE POWERFUL???!!!

I can imagine now the big smile on Richard's gorgeous face if he reads my text to him when he wakes up later. LOVE YOU HONEY!

    keeping my faith stronger-Loterly

vjers, i wont stop praying for all of you yet dont stop praying for as many as you can.

    PRAY, BELIEVE AND CLAIM IT!

wow u inspired us all here.... and yes u are God's angel that didn't asked anything as u helped as herewho needed informations about medical, delbros and interview... u are our inspiration lote.

Every post u did in here are big help to all of us. We are proud of u. Thank you so much!

And i want to expressed my sincerest congratulation that u finally got your visa. Have a safe travel way to your husband's place. God Bless Us all

  14. Hello guys,24616cfgs8aazi1.gif

I had my medical May 2 (Friday) and May 5 (Monday). First day was okay. Went at St. Lukes after lunch and finished before 5pm. On the second day, I had 4 shots of vaccine.(TDAP, MMR-Measles-Mumps-Rubella, Human Papillalomavirus and Varicella). 2 for both sides of my arms. My right arm was okay now, but my left arm is very sore. I have fever since last night until now. So am not really feeling well tonight. But dropped here coz i wanted to share this to you guys.

    974196p89sh5zpte.gif

    I brought the following:

    1. appointment letter (printed from my email) - where there is only "confirmation number" of the scheduled interview on it.

    2. printed IV schedule from the site IV Schedule-where it has your "case number", the guard asked me of this, so i suggest it's better to bring yours also.

    3. 3 pcs. 2x2 pictures (1 pc for first day , and 2 pcs. for second day)

    4. Medical Fee (as of May 1, 2008 new fee is P9,704.05)

I have asked few times and not less than 5 times about when was the first day of my last menstrual period, so it's better to don't forget when you had your period last month. I was asked also few times in every exam i went in about complete name, birthday, age, (this is to double check also what they write and what i wrote in my forms, to avoid errors of the name, birth date, age. ) Basically they asked about the infos written on our passports except of course the passport number)

Basically, the food is not allowed. If you will notice, there are cameras in every floor. Even if you had brought food inside without the guard noticing it, but they have security monitoring the camera, so once the security saw at cam that someone is eating inside, the guard will come to you and warned you that food is not allowed. Well, the point is we don't want to be embarrassed in front of many people right?

Steps i have done on the first day:

    1. showed the appointment letter and IV schedule to the guard.

    2. The guard gave me forms to be filled up. this form i pasted my 1 pc. 2x2 pic.

    3. After filling up , i gave the forms to the front desk/ reception counter at ground floor.

    4. Then, the front desk instructed me to go inside the digital room and had took a pic of me for their database record.

    5. After they encode all my details in their database, they gave me the forms i already filled up and instructed me to proceed to the cashier 5th floor and pay the medical fee. (payment should be made in Philippine peso and not dollar)

    6.Urine/Blood test (4th floor)

    7.Xray (3rd floor)

8.Vital signs, height and weight determinations (5th floor)

    9.Eye test (5th floor)

10.Medical exam where you will go to inside the doctor's room and all applicants are asked to disrobe completely). Don't worry it would be only you and the doctor inside the room, beside if you are a girl , a female doctor will check on you and male doctor for a guy.

(here , you will only be asked based on the forms you already filled up. The questions were already in forms we filled up for Physical Exam.)

After she asked questions, she then checked my naked body and list the marks she saw, like the birth marks. And if she saw something like scar, she will ask you where this scar came from.

I was inside for less than 5 minutes. This depends on the person the doctor is checking up, i noticed senior citizens or those old women been in room for 15 minutes to 20 minutes.

    11. After the doctor checked me, she instructed me to go to Immunization Interview (2nd floor)

    12. At immunization interview, the doctor asked me if i had chicken pox before and i said yes, and she asked me to show my scar, i showed my scar th my eyes brow which i forgot i had thick eye liner, so she laughed asked me "where"?, she asked me if i have mirror and show her where, i laughed too and i said ops, sorry Doc, i forgot i have eyeliner. hehe. She then asked told me okay just tell to the nurse on Monday who will give you vaccine where the chicken pox scar is. I said Ok doc.

She asked also where i want to have my vaccination here or in US. i answered here would be fine with me. And she said ok. then I was finished at Immunization interview. She then instructed me to go to Check out counter.

    13. I gave the filled up forms to the check out counter lady and she gave me back my passport and receipt, and stub for the result.

    14. Done

    SECOND DAY:

    1. Had vaccines at Immunization Room.

    2. Result at ground floor.

    3.Finished.

  15. They expire only if you don't get to your interview for the K3 in time. Each country is different for length of validity however, so check the website for the consulate where he will be interviewed.

Once you're in the US on K3 however and you're applying for AOS, you no longer need the police certificate, and your marriage certificate never expires. All that is is a piece of paper that shows you were legally married. AFAIK, there is no expiration date on marriage ;)

Thanks for your help. I have e-mailed the embassy asking the expiration on the police certificate and never got a response. Is there an average expiration like 1 year? Would this be listed int he letter they send my husband?

police clearance valid of 6 months nbi valid for 1 year.... but consular office will ask u for lastest so u must be ready for it.

    What is NBI? Thanks

NBI clearance = applicable only to those applying in the Philippines.

ty for your post it will help alot not just with myself but for others undergo with AOS.
