Relyn and I are wondering at this point if we have to pay the fee for visa application X 2. One for her and one for our son. Since his name is included on application as minor son and will accompany her I think its just the single fee for the one application. I havent been able to find this information in definitive fashion.

Finally after 40 long days of waiting i got my visa this morning at exactly my 10am i cant believe it before the delivery man from delbros arrive i texted my darling to call me ASAP hehehe... i tell him the good news that i know would really lift his spirit after what happened to his mom...

My flight will be on june 12 at 4:45 pm..in 10 days i will be with my darling...im so excited just to think that we will be together again and never to be part again.

To those who are still waiting just be patient make the most of your days spending it with your love ones worthwhile and unforgettable because you will be far away from them for quite some time..again i'd like to thank each and everyone here for support and sympathy..Thank you all guys....

We just got back from Manila and I am soooo tired and depress. I had interview with a female fat consul and had problem about my husband's domicile which he need to establish in US or give more proofs that he have it. I got pink slip but i still need to give the embassy more proof of domicile of my husband.

My husband just decided to leave on July after we sell all our stuff here. He will establish his domicile there and then send me the proofs, it is so frustrating. But, I still believe that God has His own way for me to be there. Please pray for us. I am a bit relieved now typing this.

Thank you so much to all of VJ family, I learned a lot from you, its just maybe its not the right time for me yet. I will still be holding on and pray and believe in God.

Finally, after nearly three weeks of waiting since it was released. I had to call Delbros and they gave me the number of the office that the visa was sent to when it went out for delivery last May 16. We recieved no text message asking for delivery instructions during those two weeks. The only text we got from them was about ten days ago when she texted them about the status of her visa. There was no contact number to arrainge for delivery.

Maymay called the office number and she was told that they would look for it and call back later in the day. She got that call and then arranged for her to get it delivered tomorrow.

We are almost done!!

Greetings to all, today is the happiest day for me in a very long time. First i will start by saying that my fiance paid the delbros fee on march 31st and our interview was april 23rd and the documents sent to nso on april 28th.. we received the dreaded white slip for verifcation and have waited since our interview for them to verify and deliver her visa .. my fiance wanted so much to be able to meet my mother and spend some time with her getting to know her and when i was there during our interview my mother was hospitalized just before i was to return home.. and when i got back she was still in the hospital and her health declining rapidly so we were really hoping her visa would be delivered so she could meet her . This past Sunday my mother passed away in her sleep and our hopes of them meeting were crushed.. i knew that her days were short here and i spent each weekend visiting her since i returned from phils in april.. but now she is no longer struggling to hard for each breath .. so.. now the good news which our Lord always comes through in His own time.. my fiance sent me a text and its the one i have been waiting for so long, the text says for me to call her asap and when i call she is telling me she has good news that delbros sent her text and they will deliver her visa today .. its late but still its the moment we have been waiting for so we can arrange for air travel and finally be together ..our wish of them meeting was just short a few days but i know my mother knew that i was so happy and couldnt wait for my fiance to be here so i am comforted knowing that . .. i also told my fiance after she has the visa in her hand to go off on the delbros person and tell him to deliver everyones elses visa that waits so long... especially mike and zandy... hehe.. thanks everyone here for your support and encouragement .. i know the next two days for me will be much easier during the funeral process knowing that my love will soon be here next to me....

if you are so excited or in a hurry but clueless coz you havent received any text msg from delbros for your visa delivery infos... sometimes theyre too busy or system is down and cant send the text info anymore, so we might aswell get the infos right away..

*** why a friday date? every monday USEM sends our documents to be verified to NSO right? whereas NSO submits our verified documents back to USEM every friday only

hi vj, i just want to ask, perhaps some of you had encountered same scenario.. I am thinking of calling USEM to get interview date for K3, since it was sent by NVC last May 5... I was still undecided to call because I am hoping CR1 will come first... I am going home this june and Juy and I want to be with my husband with that 5 weeks..I am thinking of going both route.. come what may.. I just want to ask.. is the medical to be done for k3 for my husband, will just be the reference for his medical on his cr1? or does he needs to get another medical for cr1??? probably it will only be 2 months apart between those 2 sched medical? can anybody help...

u can only go for medical when u have appointment letter it is either CR1 or K3. Requirements for medical : passport , appointment letter , 3 pcs 2x2 pics and your payment. U can go St Lukes for early med 2 or 1 week before your interview. Medical is valid for 3 months. Hope that helps u.....

I need to start this process (visa/immigration) for me and my husband - but I need to figure out if I should file a K3 Visa app or a IR1 or CR1... or here is where I get REALLY confused; by filing a K3 am I somehow filing or considered filed for a IR1/CR1 OR should I file for both to be safe???

I of course like everyone want this to go as fast as possible - and it seems to be that I file K1/fiance stuff - all sorts of papers must be filed... BUT how do I do or make this go the fastest??

My gut tells me to file for K3 - any advice I'd so appreciate!!

if u are married u are allowed to apply :

1.) 129F (K3) non-immigrant visa this visa is temporary for 2 years GS and before this visa expired u needed for Adjustment of Status (AOS) that cost $ 1,010 plus $ 70 for Affidavit of Support (AOS) to be an immigrant. Failure to file AOS k3 holder in 2 years is subject for deportation.

2. 130 ( CR1) immigrant visa - after a month u will receive welcome letter & GS. Please check USCIS or NVC for corresponding payment.

note : when u received NOA2 for both 129F and 130 i suggest go with CR1 ( 130 ) less hassles.

in my case i got approved in both applications but noticed from NVC for 130 (CR1 )delayed for 2 weeks. I got early noticed from USEM for my 129F (K3) reason i set-up my appointment right away with K3 flow cause my hubby wanted me to be with him on his birthday. I told him that he is going to pay more if i have to choose K3 he is going to pay 1010 & 70 bucks for AOS but he told me it's okay. I'm just glad i passed my medical and interview.
