  1. My IL didn't say anything about registering my appointment on the MTL website. Is there another email we're supposed to get before we do so?
  2. I just got my IL. PD: Aug. 9, 2023 DQ: Oct. 26, 2023 IL: Nov. 21, 2024 Interview: Jan. 17, 2025
  3. Great to know. My DQ is Oct. 26, 2023. So I'm assuming I'll be in the next round.
  4. I know it's early to speculate, but if we have an I-140 approved already, do we need to worry now that Trump is back in? What's the likelihood that he'd change anything to hinder our ability to cross the finish line?
  5. Same. We have to be in the next round if not this one!
  6. I got the Covid and flu vaccines at No Frills in Toronto today. Walk-in, super easy. Open to the general public now it seems.
  7. Others with Sept. dates already got ILs, as is also indicated on the consulate's website bulletin. So we should be denting into Oct. the next round... hopefully.
  8. I just checked - I got the email also. So much for my theory... Fingers crossed for the next couple of weeks!
  9. It might be complete wishful thinking, but every 60-day letter I've gotten from NVC, reminding me that I'm still in the queue, was sent on exactly the 60th day around the same time of day (middle of the night), so it's automated. I didn't receive an email today, which would've been the 60th day from the last letter. If that's the case, I might be in the next round of ILs. DQ Oct. 2023.
  10. My regular still-waiting-be-patient automated email from NVC is around every 60 days between the 21st and 23rd of the month. My next email is due next week. If I'm in the next sweep of letters, should I expect not to get an email next week? Or will I get the email before the IL? Or YMMV?
  11. That makes me so happy to see people who've been messaging in here for months getting across the finish line. I'm DQ end of October and hoping to be in the next round or two of ILs.
  12. We're in the same boat - I'm DQ Oct. 26, 2023 and in the spreadsheet. I will keep you posted!
  13. "As of October 1, 2024, most Immediate Relative and fiancé(e) visa cases being scheduled for interview in Montreal were documentarily complete at the National Visa Center in May 2024; most Family Preference cases with visa numbers available that are being scheduled for interview were documentarily qualified in July 2024; and most Employment cases scheduled for interview were documentarily complete in September 2023." I'm the end of October 2023. Hoping to be in the next sweep or two...
  14. I'm curious if we have any September DQs who got ILs, or if we're just caught up to end of August DQ.
  15. Safe to assume more EB letters came out today?
  16. Yeah, my understanding is EB1-B and EB1-C require employers to be the petitioner, hence the employment letter is to be provided.
  17. Bless you. I have the same. I don't have a hard employment letter as I applied on achievement and merit, but I have several letters of interest. Congratulations to you!
  18. I'm EB-1 as well. Did they ask for letters of employment or letters of interest from prospective employers?
  19. Do we think Montreal is still likely to send out ILs this month, even though the visa numbers don't reset until Oct. 1?
  20. Amazing, thanks! To others using the chart, I understand the desire to filter and sort the rows, but please don't rearrange the columns without sorting the others, too, or else we'll have mismatched and inaccurate information.
  21. Hey guys, Someone keeps messing with the spreadsheet and the names and dates no longer match up.
  22. I suppose that in the grand scheme of things, running out of visas this fiscal isn't the end of the world since the annual resets on Oct. 1?
