RCCC got a reaction from leila85 in I751 with a waiver processing time in California and no updates
Hi Leila, My apologies for super late reply. I changed my address once, never miss any important mail. Once you change address online, It updates in USCIS system immediately. Officer didn't ask why I change address at interview.

    Here is my timeline:
    3/11/2019 - Application received
    5/21/2019 - Biometrics Taken
3/26/2020 - Case is transferred to Another Office
12/30/2020 - Contact House Representatives follows up with my case
    3/4/2021 - I missed Interview...
3/5/2021 - Went to USCIS office in person w/o an appointment , informed officer interview letter was delay in mail delivery ... they escorted me out.....
3/6/2021 - Received Denial of Petition to Remove Conditions THE NEXT DAY!  (USCIS acts so fast when they deny it, but getting approve takes foreverrrrr)
3/8/2021 - Went to USCIS office in person w/o an appointment again. Request to speak w/ supervisor for another interview. Got another interview AT THE SPOT... I didn't bring any supporting documents  w/ me.. only driver license & passport..... wasn't expected an interview... So the supervisor interviewed me, and when he asked for original documents... I was like... Can I come back in 2 hours... and you already have all the copies... lol Then he was like yes copy is fine... I got approved AT THE SPOT. Interview was short and easy. He knows that I was super anxious and sad b/c denial situation.

WISH ALL THE BEST TO YOU!!!  You will make it to finish line like everyone here.

RCCC got a reaction from Carrie7003 in I-751 interview scheduled after N-400 interview
Follow what it says, go w/ your husband on citizenship interview and bring all docs regards I-751. It is possible they might give your husband a combo interview. Another possibility, N-400 decision will be on hold after your husband gain for 10 yrs GC.

    Agree with rccc

Do not make any phone calls.  Those calls are likely to mess up both interviews.

You are at the finish line, now walk across it and don’t look back.

RCCC got a reaction from dunebuggy in Rescheduling I-751 interview? Stuck overseas :(
I was in the similar situation 2 weeks ago.

I requested rescheduling an interview prior to the interview day 3/4/2021. However, I received denial letter on 3/6/21 due to no show.

I had 2 options to resolve this issue.

    1. File motion to reopen; I have to pay application fee +  attorney
    2. Go in person to interview office, and speak with the supervisor asap

So I went in person whiling preparing for motion to reopen (I only have 30 days to file since denial letter was written)
Luckily, I get this resolved by submitting evidence for rescheduling and written response regards denial letter + an affidavit.
I had went in person 2 times a week, just try to speak with the supervisor and submit docs.

If you willing to risk denial of your case and potentially 1 - 2 years delay on your case, you could consider it.
You do not choose the day for interview. It will become a bigger issue if you missed the second interview. GL
