    Got it.

I want to make sure I do everything correctly; my next question may sound dumb so please bear with me.
The instruction says that I should answer "None" to questions that require a numeric response. The three questions under Part 4 (picture above) all require a numeric response and are all non-applicable to me. Does this mean that I should write None instead of N/A?

we used N/A when we started those paperworks..

and we didnt had a RFE for it

In a marriage of less than 3 years, where do they think you can have so much stuff done together. We have not bought property because we are not financially wrecking balls to finance something that may or not be possible to pay for.

This uscis agent just wants to make it a fraud case, to look good in front of someone

i just read all the stuff u sent in, we send WAY less.. and i hear u , what can u show in those 3 years and less..

We still stay at my wifes parents house due to job situation, i have a car loan w/o her on it (she didnt had a job to cosign). she isnt on my insurance either because her DL is expired.

If you adjusted from tourist visa, that has nothing to do with K3 visa. You either entered with a K3 or tourist, both at the same time is not possible. Your medical done inside the US has nothing to do with K1 medicals done outside.

    say again ?

i  mentioned  in the first post that we went via K3 and i entered  with a Tourist visa.

Never said i entered with k3 and Tourist visa..

We put so much effort into this process (as each of you are doing / have done) and now it's all just wasted effort.  My 3-inch thick folder of copies of immigration forms, NOAs, receipts, etc., just makes me cry.

Good luck to all of you.

    Obrigado and Tchau . . . .

Hey bud, it wasnt wasted time  even tho the outcome is the worst.

Both of u made the decision to have a life together and walked at least some part of it together side on side..

Remember the good parts, not the bad one ..

    Hope u will be alright..

Does it matter if  a birth certificate was issued from years ago or does it have to be newly issued?

Also, does it have to be certified from certain ministries or is a stamp from the the place where it was obtained sufficient?

I don't know how your birth certificate looks like, but didn't had to do anything besides adding it to the files for the form..

    birth certificate's don't expire
