we used N/A when we started those paperworks..

and we didnt had a RFE for it 

i wouldn't trust it 1min..

but then again, he could be a nice person ..

he could be a stand up guy..

but he isn't realistic for sure, coming up with all those marriage talking..

i think i read same, but not 100%.. forms can be filled via PO box but  Greencard cant get delivered there 

what's the reason u cant receive mail at the place u stay ?

u could get this handled with USPS to keep all mail what is supposed to come or redirect them to a mailing address which works?

check ur tracking number when it was droped off.. add atleast 6 weeks from there for a NOA

back a few years my EAD was 5 month

Just got mail,  dated on 03/08/21  that Bio will be reused.

This uscis agent just wants to make it a fraud case, to look good in front of someone

i just read all the stuff u sent in, we send WAY less.. and i hear u , what can u show in those 3 years and less..

We still stay at my wifes parents house due to job situation, i have a car loan w/o her on it (she didnt had a job to cosign). she isnt on my insurance either because her DL is expired.

Our dog is on our both names at the Vet,  and she is on my bank account since i opend it 3ish years ago..

i-485 interview.. which is kinda my visa interview..

came on a tourist visa and we got married here in the states 

K3 Visa , medical was 1 or 2 month past the 12month, i had to get a new one and pay another 500$

Hey bud, it wasnt wasted time  even tho the outcome is the worst.

Both of u made the decision to have a life together and walked at least some part of it together side on side..

I don't know how your birth certificate looks like, but didn't had to do anything besides adding it to the files for the form..

i believe u would need to put ur ex and ur wife in there now..

Maybe a  lawyer wouldnt be bad in ur situation ?

So u want a work visa to be with ur Girlfriend ?

i would consider this as Fraud since the real deal is ur girlfriend and not a job.

K1 or K3 visa is prolly the better option.. both takes time..

I came under a K3 visa and my EAD got approved after 3month, that was in 2017 tho.
