Australia is a low fraud country. And perhaps with the RFIE they had enough information there to just go ahead and approve.
So is germany, but we had a interview..
But it was basically like 5min small talk, explained how we met and thats it ..
K3 visa tho

The IO may not want to look at you because he feels sheepish about his agency wasting your time for no reason. That is good news if only baby steps. Our baby step today was we got a call back from an immigration officer after about two weeks of waiting. After I told him we needed the stamp for work and for travel, he asked a number of questions about covid (e.g. do you feel sick bla bla bla) and then promptly said there were no appointments available. He said he would "escalate" the case and we could expect to hear back within 72 hours from someone else. As a tax payer, it is pretty depressing that we have to pay for this service and then have to jump through hoops just to put a stamp in a passport due to their inability to timely process the case.
Taxes dont pay them, its the fees we pay.
USCIS is build on filling fees, nothing else.

It is 18 - 21.5 as of today! I have no idea what happened. Either nobody works on i-751 at this center or they just totally ignore i-751.
With this trend, YSC will easily reach 20 - 24 months wait time in the near future. It is just really sad.the homepage says they working on May 2019 but i have seen a few from june-august 2020 being approved..
My CR6 / K3 was also done after 13month when processing time was at around 20month..
just wanna know how ppl get approved filing later then other ppl if they should work on the files how they got sent in and dont skip..
