Stuff2447 got a reaction from Rayzor46 in Naturalization certificate photograph
If a new picture is not taken at the interview, and biometrics were waived, they use the picture on your current green card (which they did for me).

Stuff2447 got a reaction from Rayzor46 in Can't attend Oath Ceremony on the scheduled date
Follow the instructions on the Oath Notice you receive in the mail (or get online) to re-schedule. It tells you exactly what you need to do if you can't attend.

Stuff2447 got a reaction from MrKo in Updating SSA Record after Naturalization - By Mail
I renewed my license (I had the older non-Real ID one) yesterday here in Florida, without updating social security. According to the FL DMV website, you only need to update social security first if you are changing your name. Since you already have the newer license, I don't think you need to replace your license at all.

Stuff2447 got a reaction from JrGoldMiner in US passport after Naturalization
My expedited passport application was received by the Passport Office on January 20. I received my new passport back via Priority Mail Express (I paid extra for this) on February 9. I received my naturalization certificate back via regular first class mail on February 16.

Stuff2447 got a reaction from Lucky2Lucky in Has anyone had an interview cancelled due to bad weather?
My naturalization interview in South Florida was rescheduled due to a topical storm in November 2020. I received the new appointment letter 10 days after the cancellation, with the new interview being scheduled for 6 weeks after my original date. I would guess that this varies according to the workload of your local field office, however.
