we just got our NOA1 this evening 2/17  3 days after our card was charged

Tracked petition and it arrived Nov 23rd at Lockbox , check banked February 10th, received wac# February 14th. 

My receipt date was Nov 19th, 2020. Checked cleared my bank on Feb 11 and I just got my text that my case was received and case #. Yay! Hope all the rest of November submissions are moving along too. Good luck everyone! We are all in this together.

A couple of key factors to look for is 1) has your tracking indicated the package was received? 2) Has your form of payment been executed? Having those two completed then you are close to receiving your NOA1. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to receive your NOA1 from USCIS, so it looks like your expectation is a little earlier. Pre-pandemic we would see the intake of a I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) to be about 2 weeks but with the current situation it is taking longer. Give a few more weeks and you'll have a reply and a NOA1.
