Here's a link to the K1 Moscow embassy litigation if anyone on here would like to sign up. It's for anyone with an approved I-129F

Are you going to join the suit??

Congrats on getting your NOA2!! As you stated you’re outside the 60 days. I’d definitely start being proactive and vigilant. I wouldn’t worry yet. Isn’t there a phone number somewhere you can call??

Immigrant visa officers interview more than just spouses and fiancees, they interview also elderly parents for example coming over on the IR-5 visa, who may not speak English. Hence the requirement. I assume they also have higher security clearance and more training than non-immigrant officers. Also to why they don't allow interpreters, I assume it's also a security issue.
See now if Rebecca would say something to that effect on Twitter, I think it would go a long way to fostering easier waiting.

What country specific timelines are you talking about?
I believe somewhere in the timeline area of the site you can select to view timelines for others of a given country. For example I can see other timelines specific to Russia.

Thank you! What relevant dates are you referring to? Now that the NOA1 is March 12 when it was received in the lockbox, I'm assuming it's a good 6 months at least for them to review and and approve and finally send to my fiance's country for the biometric screening and interview?
Click on my timeline to get an idea. It’s nice to have an approval estimation date. Of course that is subject to change, but will give you some idea. Country specific timelines are even more relevant. Take a look.

Hi all, I sent my packet out on March 11 and it was delivered to the lockbox on the 12th. I just received my text with WAC number last night (April 5)! Very excited. Is this considered my NOA1? Anything I need to do now to track or just wait at this point. Thanks!
Start a timeline and enter the relevant dates. You’ll be able to track estimated approval dates.
Congratulations!!

I'm about six months into NOA1 for the K-1 fiancê visa, in attempt to bring my Russian fiancé in to the U.S. to marry me. Still don't have USCIS approval. I'm now very afraid of landing on a terrible backlog of files at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
My father has recently been diagnosed with stage four cancer. My younger brother died a few years ago, and my father wants to be around for our wedding. It's going to be so heartbreaking if these consular operations are what stops that from happening.
Sorry to hear about your predicament. What harm is there in requesting an expedite?? Nothing to lose, and possibly a lot to gain.

I'm not sure when they would have doubled it? They only did 8 k1 interviews in February and those probably involved medical emergencies or great lawyers. I don't trust this lady
I’ll take a guess here and say it’s because they just suspended visa services starting today in Yekaterinburg, and Vladivostok is still closed. Maybe they’ve consolidated the staff to Moscow??
Regardless, 8 is more than 0, but nowhere near where it needs to be....
Where can we find that monthly list of visas??

We sent our petition Feb 10th and we haven't heard anything back yet.
Hoping we get a NOA1 soon thoughI’m sure you will, very soon. Mine was delivered to the lockbox on 2/11. It was received the same day even though I didn’t get notice until 3/21. Think of it this way, you’re almost 2 months into your wait for NOA2!!

All but first & fifth paragraphs are fluff. Moscow may soon be overloaded...
That’s what I’m concerned about. Going from bad to worse. 🤦🤦

Ours was received March 1st, and just radio silence since then. At what point should we become worried about receiving the NOA1? I know it says received through the USPS but still scared until I get that confirmation they actually have it... 😬
It could take weeks. Mine was delivered on 2/11. It was processed/received on 2/11, but I did not get NOA until March 21. So I had to wait about 6 weeks. Hang in there, yours is coming I’m sure.

We haven't received any notification either by email or text. Should we be concerned?
If the money has been withdrawn, I'm sure you'll get notification very soon!!

Received an email from my lawyer. My NOA1 has been sent!! It was processed on the day it was received (Feb. 11)!! I'm already 39 days into waiting on my NOA2!!!

I just answered this above but everyday the lockbox is opening up incoming packages. That’s why you are seeing current dates for March but all of those are rejections. They will then put your application aside until it’s ready to scan. Basically they know it would be unfair for someone to wait 2-3 months only to receive a rejection because of incorrect form, fee or not signing
Yes, I realized that after I had posted that someone mentioned that before I did.
EDIT: Looking back it appears we posted within seconds of each other.😄

Does your script differentiate between received and rejected, or RFE? I’d be shocked if those from March are already shown as received.
Thank you for doing this!!

Ok so you don't think me flying into paris and back to the US would be a problem?
A place for very good information, and very up to date information are the country specific forums over at trip advisor. You can even drill down into specific cities of each country. Heck, I learned from locals that post there where the Covid testing facility INSIDE the airport was located before I even left the US. I didn't need it by the way back in December. But travel restrictions can change weekly or almost daily.

If the Schengen Zone is still closed off to USCs then yes it would be a problem, if that's your destination. I don't know that RCs can fly to France either. I met my fiancee in Turkey because that was the most practical country that was open to both of us. As I understand it, you can however "transit" through the Schengen Zone countries.

Lol believe me I'm from Florida so any chance I get I'm enjoying the a/c 🤣. Thank you I will look into that! Where did you fly into ? you didnt have any problems with connecting flights going through Schengen area did you?
When I went in December, I flew from DFW to Istanbul (the new airport IST). Both flights for me had layovers at London Heathrow.

I post on her messages a lot and she responds to me, although with useless answers. But I'll keep doing it!
I’ve been liking all posts relating to them starting on K1s, but I have yet to directly start posting.

Can we page users here? Look at Michael & Kate. They successfully transferred to Warsaw from Russia, although it was a couple of months ago I think.
