    Updating this thread to say my husband’s interview date was scheduled for March 17th! Out of the Los Angeles USCIS office. I’ve read on Reddit that they no longer offer same day oath ceremonies so I think we can expect it to be on a later date - but we also have plans to be out of the country for 3 weeks a few days post interview. We can attend the interview easy, but I’m concerned about the oath ceremony if he’s approved. Would anyone know if oath ceremonies are automatically rescheduled if you’re not available to attend?

    No update on N-400 as of yet, but my husbands I-751 was approved today! Hopefully his N-400 moves along quicker at this point, but we’ll just continue waiting patiently for those emails that show an action has been taken on his case…

    My husband’s I-751 was approved today with interview waived! We applied to lift conditions August 2024, and then applied for N-400 this last August 2025

    So my husband submitted his N-400 on Saturday 8/3 based on the 3 year rule. Since submitting the application, the I-751 has updated to the date of his N-400 submission but it’s still the same “Case Is Still Being Processed by USCIS” message. At least they’re both being looked at

    Hello, I searched the forum for this topic but couldn’t find any so decided to create one. Filed online - 8/3/25 Receipt notice online - 8/3/25 Biometrics reuse online - 8/3/25 Receipt notice (NOA) mailed arrived - 8/6/25 3 year rule, marriage based, 90 days early. I-751 is still processing and letter requesting combo interview included in application.

    Hi checking in if anyone received any updates on their case? We submitted on 8/16 and received the extension letter on 8/23. Biometrics were also reused. The only one of our documents scanned and attached to our case is the cover letter… nonetheless we’ll be applying for n-400 in August
