It wouldn't be rejected for insufficient evidence. That would be a RFE later down. It's usually one of the things already mentioned or an incorrect form version (can't remember when last they updated).

Actually they received my package on the 11th of July which fell on Saturday

I did not include a cover letter could that be the reason or may be lack of evidence at this stage ???

because I’m pretty sure that there is no flaws in my application, I mean filled it correctly and signed it where it needs to be signed.

Are they gonna send me back the whole package or just a letter?

I called uscis today and found out that my package was rejected, asked what was the reason the agent said she did not have the exact answer to what was the reason it only says other.

so I will be waiting for the mail to see what I did wrong oh my God I’m so mad  

I’m pretty sure that everything was in order, the only thing that I can think of is they received my form earlier than the 90 day period or because I dated the form before that period.

any idea to why would they reject an application?

Still no update yet.This is really upsetting:( my file was received the 13th of July and did not get anything yet !!! No cashing out of check nothing!!!! I called USCIS and they said to wait as they don’t see any update in their system!!! I’m really upset because people sent their forms after me and they all got their NOA and text messages update

Uscis got my mail before you how come I never got anything from them yet ???? Don’t tell me every case is different please but It happy for you

I filed my I-751 form in July but dated and signed it before the 90 day period, however , uscis got the package within the 90 day period, so please tell me it is ok !!!!!

Usually they cash out checks within a week, you would think in such circumstances they would clear checks rapidly as they need money to roll !!!

We did sign the file 2 days earlier than the 90 days period and don’t think it matters as long as they receive the file within the 90 days. Then again I’m not sure either:(

I sent out my I-751 to Phoenix, AZ in July 2020.
File received July 13, 2020
I haven’t heard anything since then, they haven’t cashed out my check yet which worries me a ton !!!

Anybody in same situation please speak up !
