I'm aware of this now, as I said in my explanation. Obviously photos are important to me or else I wouldn't be making this post asking for help. Telling me what I should have done is not helpful, I am just asking if I should be expecting an RFE.

It was not helpful because I have already sent in the photo book, and also because I explained in my post that I did read and follow the official uscis guidelines. I misunderstood the part about not sending anything that can't be disassembled and that is my fault, but as I said in the post I understand that now and saying I shouldn't have done it isn't helpful because it's already done.

London embassy? No problem at all. No photos needed. They aren’t even needed at this stage as the requirements for the I-129F are that you have met at least once in the last two years. USCIS agents are specifically instructed not to base their decision on whether to approve or deny the petition on whether they think you are a good match or whether they think the relationship will last.

London doesn’t ask for anything like this. Read some reviews on here from people who went through the London embassy and what a total anti-climax it is.

Pity you didn’t get married on one of his visits here. It would save a lot of time and money in the long run.

This is your strongest evidence and given so much time and so many visits you likely have plenty there anyway. At this stage, they just want to make sure that you meet the basic requirement for eligibility - that you've physically met within 2 years of filing.

Given that this is a UK case, you very likely won't need to provide anything further, even at interview (though I'd take it just incase!). If you get an RFE I would expect it to be for something other than photos, more like a missing document or a wrongly filled in section.

You shouldn't be worried. Many couples have been approved without a single photograph.
You sent plenty of evidence that has way more weight than a picture, so I'm certain you'll be fine, no RFE will be issued asking for photographs.
