Hi all! Wanted to pop on here and share that my fiance just entered the US I wanted to thank @Greenbaum and for all the guides that he has put together. Also of course all of you. It has been a difficult journey to this point, and the moral support was much needed

I cannot believe I am typing it, I am in disbelief, so happy and excited! After 322 days of waiting, our case got approved!

This is Exactly the challenge I am facing too,since the 20th January USCIS Approved my case and sent it out to the NVC.They keep saying that the local consulate is not open,but the consulate officially resumed routine Visa services on 17th of this Month.personally the delay is really frustrating.We have been on this since 3rd March 2020

NOA2 approved Ah, the relief. Also, the timing! Just in time for a major milestone and my visit to the US. I'll be glad to celebrate this with my fiancé soon.

USCIS received my returned RFE on 02/08/2021. Now, I wait for another response.

Hey Everyone! 
June is moving! NOA1 june 15, and approved today feb 1! 
I was reading what I need to get together as a us citizen from this point on. The form I-134 is required for me to fill out. Do I need to make a certain amount to bring him here? If I don't then what? Can he be denied? Also I'm sure there is a group on feb approvals 2021, cant seem to find it, help? 

This is just my speculation: maybe the system assigns petitions to officers in batches, and some officers work faster than others. Or it could be certain petitions are much harder to adjudicate than others, so officers have to spend more time analyzing the files.

And this shows the actual number of cases actioned in the past week (7 calendar days)

I can't believe my own eyes! Randomly checked the case tracker app and we were APPROVED!!!!!!!
