According to the forum expediting due to pregnancy generally doesn't work, so I wouldn't get my hopes up too high - but there's still a chance it will. Along with the expedite request, you can also contact your senator and explain your circumstance to better your chances.

I was in the same situation with the due date of my first child fast approaching. I had a B2 visa on my passport from before, but decided not to use it after filing i-130. I made a request to expedite, and was able to move through quickly from NVC to consulate and to the interview. At the interview I requested they expedite stamping of the visa, which they did the next day, and I flew out the day after. Made it just in time for the birth! So definitely give it a try, no harm in that.

If the interview is on July 13, better to have the medical 2-3 weeks before.  Last week of June would be better.

Always attend the interview even if medical is not complete
a 221 will be issued for the medical document to get to embassy and then the visa will match the medical

don't postpone an interview when you wait so long for one

An issued visa is valid for a maximum 6 months from the date of the medical.  The visa will expire when the medical expires.   It sounds like he will have to travel very soon after the visa is issued.

This form is specific to the immigrant. The purpose is to find out whether the immigrant (you) is likely to need government assistance while in the USA.
For Part 4 you can write that you have not filed taxes because you have not lived or generated income in the USA.
There you can also include your yearly income (part 4, item 8A).

We dont have to do anything we just have to wait for the embassies to open back up and then they will forward the case once they get an appointment date for you

I called the NVC last week to inquire about this because my case became documentarily qualified in February. They told me that the case was still at the NVC and that they cannot send the case to the embassy without an interview appointment date being set. So until the embassies open up I guess thats when the NVC will start to book interview dates and then they will send the case to the embassy. I hope this helps.

Wow!! This is great news. I wish you guys the best and I hope all goes well. I wish i could do this but I dont know what reason could I use being that I am the petitioner who filed for my spouse to come live in the US and then where my husband lives their are only 23 active cases as of now. So im not sure if I would be allowed to even expedite it.
