Hello everyone! 
 
My interview is scheduled for November 19th. I received the list of things they need me to bring and I was curious about the one that says "prove of eligibility for fiancé visa". Do they want to see my K1 Visa or should I bring the whole I-129 package and I-785 package? 
 
Also, my husband switched jobs in May so do I need to bring a new Affidavit of Support? I am still very confused on what to bring so if anyone has a list/info that could assist me I would be very thankful!

Same happened with me! I got home yesterday and I had a notice for bio in the mail. I have already received my EAD card so I am confused about what this is. Should I just ignore it? Also, there is new mail coming today from USCIS so hopefully is my interview notice! 

This is not true at all. My mom got her EAD in the summer as well as the SSN so we went online and booked a learner's permit test for her in NY DMV (due to COVID we had to make an appt first). Then we got there and they simply needed the EAD card and SSN as well as bank statement to verify her identity (didn't even use her passport). She passed the written test and got her Learner's permit already! (very proud of her since she's in her late 60s and studied very hard for the written test in English). Going back to your story, I would check your state's DMV website for learner's permit and get a checklist of required documents. then bring it with you to your DMV appt so that they can't just deny you without any evidence. Hello everyone! I finally received my combo card on Monday! Yay! My bio appointment was on August 11th and I did not have to go back for another one for AP. I am just wondering though, when should I expect to receive my SSN? I called my office today and they said they did not have any information about me but I need to wait at least 10 days from the day I received my card to make an appointment, if necessary. I guess the wait never ends..

Hello everyone! My case updated to Case Is Approved for EAD and AP a couple of days ago after card is being produced. Do you guys know how long until I get my combo card? I only had bio done for AOS and EAD and apparently that’s all they need. Thanks!

I had my biometrics on August 11th and they haven't approved me yet for EAD as well. It is so frustrating. My receipt notice is March 25th.. How long should I keep waiting in silence?  

I got my biometrics appointment in the mail!! FINALLY! USCIS is no help at all. I called on Friday because I was out of town for the whole week and they said I was in line to get it done but I wasn't scheduled yet. Came home yesterday night and the letter was there. My appointment is tomorrow. Anyone knows how long until I get my EAP/AP approval? I am so happy, thank God!
