Thanks so much for the information

Thanks Sandraj. You have given me an array of hope.

Thanks Sandraj. So my i485 has changed to rfe which I think will be about providing evidence to the divorce...I know I would not get this....please do you have any suggestions
-
The lawyer and I got to know this at the interview. I never saw any rfe requesting for the divorce neither was I asked at the interview (maybe my ex saw it or was asked at the interview ). I got shocked at the interview when it was revealed but I heard the questionnaire said that my ex was asked tod send in the divorce document somewhere in March 2019 which is somewhere around the time she left

We were married (me and the USC). But she also had a marriage with another guy in Morrocco . I got to know about this at the interview. So yes we were married but she was not 'free' to marry me when she was married to the moroccan
-
You may be right. Because after she left, she was so much on me to file for a divorce which we did.
-
Just so sad. I have been trying to reach her but it doesnt go through. So confused
-
I have spoken to my lawyer and she thinks that the case can be petition that the marriage was entered in good faith. That was what my lawyer said

OK. Can this be salvaged? Can I do anything about this?

During the interviews, we get separated and I think it was only told to her but not me. And she never mentioned that to me that that has been the problem. After our second interview which we all felt good about , it still took long and I think it was there that they told her (possibly not me) to submit that evidence. She never told me.

Yes I did. She wrote no previous marriage

My ex-wife (USC) and I am the beneficiary

I was not aware until at this interview (based on Vawa) that i went to today. Before this, me and my spouse has been to 2 green card interview and I heard today that my spouse was requested to submit evidence of divorce to her first marriage. She never told me all this. I just found it out today at my VAWA interview

Dear Family,
Please I will need your opinion on this. Today was my VAWA-I485 interview date and at the interview, I was told that my spouse was married to somebody somewhere in Morrocco and started application for him. And that my spouse had been told (me not been aware) after our previous interviews to submit evidence of the divorce. I am in hot waters as I have received notification of RFE and I think it will be to prove that my spouse divorced him. Any opinion would help thanks

Thank you, you may want to correct the 3rd renewal year to 2022. It can confuse. c31 will be your ead card now which is starting to be valid for 2 years.
Thanks HustlingStill for the correction. My 3rd ead renewal was on Feb 2, 2022 and my I360 update was on Feb 18, 2022. Thanks

I765 card been produced on May 17 2020 and card delivered on May 21, 2020.
From the time of filing, I have received 2 eads. I submitted my 3rd ead renewal on Feb 2, 2020. My I360 got update to new card been produced on Feb 18, 2020
I don't know what will happen to my 3rd ead renewal after my I360 approval
I havent cared about my prima facie since all that I have been needing is my ead so I do not know the number of PF that I might have received
Hope this helps

Hello good people... I am planning on doing my divorce with my abuser and I want to ask if the divorce must be on "fault" grounds (so that it can support my vawa case) or on "no fault" grounds. I feel if I do on fault grounds, my abuser might not sign but on no fault grounds, she would sign. Does fault or no fault grounds divorce matter?
Found out at my VAWA-I485 interview that my spouse was married(merged Update Approved)

Last year around christmas time, I was got so depressed because during my Vawa interview, I got to know that my ex was married and I was asked to produce a divorce in support of my application. Many of the people on this platform used words to indicate that that was the end of my journey but @sandranj gave me hope. I responded to the rfe and my lawyer added hers and boom.... my case now shows approved. I thank the Lord so much and also sandranj and my lawyer. I am so happy, infact I dont believe it and I also want to encourage the family also.
