Hi everyone, fellow November filer here, and i've been following the updates on this thread.
 
I've been approved!!
PD: 11/8/2019
NOA2: 5/12/2020
 
No transfers, no RFEs. Case was at Nebraska. I had date changes on 12/10, 2/23, 5/1, 5/11 and then finally on 5/12. 
 
I was so happy and surprised to see my approval this fast, because I didn't think it would happen until August or September. I hope you all get approval soon, too! 

I have like 5 witnesses
 
Emma chat agent also told me both centres timeline works for ur transferred case. Always put in a request for the fastest timeline...

(NO I-129 filed for K-3)
 
Those of you transferred from TX to VT, don’t be worried - apparently your TEXAS timeline is still kept intact!

We were transferred to Texas at some point, not sure when.

Finally this day has come!

Sent my response via priority mail May5th
Received an update yesterday on the 11th. 
I hope this can help anyone with a similar timeline! Thank you guys so much! And don’t forget to not lose hope and have patience. 

So good news is that i got approved today.
there was 11 may update and today update was 12 approval.  Thanks and hope everyone get their approval

Approved May 12 2020. 146 days.
This is amazing, we were ready to get the approval in December since we weren't transferred to another service center. IOE number, paper filled, converted online by USCIS, no expedite. I checked the account every day and this morning i almost fainted when i saw the approval hahaha.
This is the place where i found all the answers to my questions or calm me down when i was upset or depressed.Thank you all for the support!

Honestly, I am shocked to see wait times to get interview date from Montreal consulate. It is insane. I am not even approved for I-130 still it is depressing to see people are waiting on an average 4-6 month just to schedule an interview. Seriously in this technology era  
 
Now Covid-19 suspend all visa interview processing and who knows it will add another 2-3 month top of 4-6 months wait times. They should consider allowing other consulates to schedule spouse interviews. It will reduce their backlog and improve efficiency.  

It only took about 4hrs with me.. and two days for me to receive the letter, not including Saturday&Sunday. I got my RFE on the 30th and responded on the 5th. I got my letter on the 4th. I sent my response via priority mailing. They sent me a notification today stating they received it and started working on my case again. Keep checking.

I just called nvc and thank god they received my file yesterday and now it’s in process for case number creation.
 
this time it took them 5 weeks and half to receive it.
 
I hope everyone is okay and staying safe out there.
 

Mine was updated on may 1st request for evidence and I submitted on the same day onlime. 
today also have date update (may 7). 
hope they will approved it soon

I got another date update (May 7) on my daughter case. They have requested for additional evidence but that link is not working. It is showing temporary unavailable so I will wait. It is good to know they are working on her case.
