• i made an appointment online (you can set date when are you going to pick up your NBI) 

• while making an appointment the site also will going to show you how much you'll going to pay, mine is 130.00 pesos but i paid it through Bayad Center with a fee of 25.00. 

*one of the thing i notice is u need to use an active email soo after registering you will get an email of your reference number to pay the fee.

(after paying you will get another email of approval and receipt of your payment and your nbi profile will show same). 

• it is valid for 12mos , mine is May 22, 2020 expire in May 22, 2021

The City Registar office in my City don't process such as CENOMAR, BIRTH etc for the mean time. I checked the 1 to 2 days process in PSA in Cebu City unfortunately theyre closed due to lockdown. My last option was online cenomar request, it's 430.00 + fee mine is bayad center again. In the website if youre outside Metro Manila you have 8 to 13  days to wait, if in Metro Manila only 5days.

Hi guys, i got my NBI renewal today, just now. 

I dont see any online appointments but goodluck. The Naga Cebu is open.

Manila reopens but not the embassy yet, i dunno when exactly. I emailed the SLEC and responded in morw than 2 hrs.

Lockdown is going to be on in Manila area until first of June, after that who knows what happens.  

 

I have a late August trip to Manila booked as well, I am feeling confident that one will happen.

Manila reopens but wont accept tourist as for now.

I guess making an appointments is better than walk ins. Just my opinion, soo it could limit people getting in and out of the facility for social distancing. 

In more than 2hrs the SLEC answered my email. Let's hope no more lockdown. 🥰

I dont know either. I only posted the update soo atleast someone could give a clarification what does it mean, soo far that is the latest update from their website since Apr 27th. I dont know but they said "visa applicant" i hope they open.

I have not heard of any date for resuming visa processing at USEM.

The City, its confusing to me because Manila still under strict lockdown until May 31st but they reopen. The rules in Manila is quiet confusing unlikely to my Region (Central Visayas Region, Cebu). It seems like website in USEM dont update.

They're not yet, but Manila reopens this week even tho the strict lockdown is until May 31st. Its confusing but im guessing they cut it off before another 2 weeks lockdown. I just found out today that there is no slots.

Is there anyone here who is trying to make an appointment here in Manila Consular Office for interview? I tried to make a schedule today unfortunately there are no current appointment available. Anyone who has the same experience? anyone who has an idea or info why cant? and when will it be open for new slots? Thank you and Godbless!

Hello everyone. I have a question please help.

How to make another acc username to CGI Portal? last March 2019 i applied as a tourist and i have no idea what account the agency made up for to make an appointment but i still have my old appointment. I was thinking to make a call and make another one. What what be the other way for this soo we can proceed and make the earliest appointment? I teally appreciate your answers, advice and any info. i dont know if this works on me because in my City, SM is located in Cebu City and we are not allowed to pass because the latter is still under lockdown.

You can schedule your interview in their website, i still need my cenomar (new issue) and nbi (renew). I hope the May 31st lockdown will be the final one so we can move on.

Hello everyone i have a question. 

Do you think its okay to make an interview schedule while Manila is in lockdown? or make an appointment after? lockdown was extended until May 31st. I dont want to keep rescheduling because u can only make it twice, i hope by july or august they accept interviews. 

My NBI expired last March 14, after a week i made an appointment for renewal and the date is Apr 13 (lockdown temp lifted) because its in the Cebu Province branch. I went and its closed, i dont know why the online website allow me to make an appointment and paid it online and im hoping when its open they consider my payment and accept it. I still have my receipt and online appointment.
