    Thank you soo much, this helps a lot. He just dont know what to do and was told to make a decision (after talking to the Dr.) or preparations, his husband knows the entire process and now he will be doing it on his own. He is not in a hurry to process his citizenship and he appreciate your answers. Thank you and have a good one.

    Good day VJ, (My English is bad, sorry) A friend of mine, whose been married for over 3yrs to a USC has questions about his status or any future decisions. His husband (USC) is in the hospital and doctors concluded the zero survival. They're ready to file his citizenship when this happened (USC had a stroke and in a coma). He ask if he can still file for his citizenship? Steps? His husband has been excited(citizenship) about and this happened. His husband's family are making plans already and he can't process his thoughts yet. Any advice. Thank you and appreciate all your time.

    Physical appearance: I exited Jan 2023 with USC to bring my 3 kids( K2 process) here in the states, stayed in Ph for 30days and traveled back in the States after 3 kids visa issued. So far this is what im only worry.

    Good day VJ, Am i eligible to file for N400 while my I751 is still in a process? Im still married and will celebrate 4yrs next Feb. My I751 still in a process for almost a year now, if im eligible do you have any checklist? if not when do you think is the right time? I may have ideas but im not confident without asking your guide and tips. p.s My 2yrs gc expired Apr 7, 2025 now i have 48mos extension. Thank you and have a good day!

    Hi VJ, I'm curious, when my AOS 2yrs GC was approve and my SSN it was under my maiden name, now my ROC filed under married name would they change my SSN also or I will be using the same SSN from my AOS? Thanks.

    Ive been a stay-at-home mom/wife since I arrive and I still don't have a license (im 4'9 ft and been practicing our Suburban and its overwhelming sometimes) would that be a problem if I file my N-400 without a license & income? I'm still working getting my license tho😬.

    Hi VJ, Our ROC (mine & 3 kids) are filed and being process, when is the right time to apply for citizenship? My ROC was filed earlier this year and has been pending ever since and when its possible is it all four (4) of us will file? Any details are appreciated, thank you.

    Update: Nov. 7, - 48mos extention letter(arrived at mail) all 3 kids Nov. 10, - NO BIOMETRICS letter arrived.

    I add them to my ROC but filed separately, I came to the States first before my children.

    Good day VJ, Our childrens ROC was filed and this is their timeline: 10/24/25 - Mailed(UPS), Elgin,IL 10/27/25- Received 11/01/25 - Notice of Applicant ( NO Biometrics) & Extension Letter (48mos) sent. *mail not in hand yet. All 3 (kids) age 12, 10, 9 has the same status and right now no update and Im waiting for the mail. At the bottom of their paper says "SCOPS TEXAS FACILITY" while mine is just "Texas" as Service Center, what is the differrence? the processing time? Thank you.

    No, my husband is certain and review everything. And I received only one mail of notification to file my I751. I received my 2yr GC first because I arrived in the States first before my children (K2 FTJ). Yes they arrived in the States a year later, arrived (Feb 2023) filed (May 2023) approved (Nov 2023). A week ago I received an email of notification to file their I751. I apologise in advance if my English and explanation is a little bit confusing sometimes.

    Mine (I751) was filed Jan 2025 GC expired Apr 2025, soo next year a good time to file is the same month we file our childrens I751? not the month I filed mine (Jan)? Thank you

    Hello VJ! Currently processing the I751 (filed Jan 2025) and I have 3 kids that I751 will be file in Sept (expires in Nov 2025). When exactly is the right time to file for citizenship? Does my kids needs to file for citizenship also? they age 12, 9 and 8. p.s idk where exactly to post and ask. Thank you for those who can help and answer. I appreciate it!

    Does it mean anything? received it today. No changes of my status yet.I have 3 emails that I previously use to register my ROC received the same email. Not expecting a lot but just wondering if its important. Thanks!
