I was really freaked out, after everything goes so fast for him that they delay at the end, is not  funny seen Administrative processing in your visa. But now we are very happy I can't wait to have him here with us in the safe.

There is nothing to do but wait.   If they need more info, they’ll contact the applicant.

- COVID testing and vaccination requirements have been lifted by Poland and Germany

I may be mistaken, but I don’t think Warsaw lets IR2 applicants schedule their own interviews; only K1s can. At least, that’s my sentiment from the pinned forum here, which seems to suggest silence once IR filers transfer into Warsaw.
 
In any case, OP, I would highly suggest staying in Frankfurt based on @texastincup’s information. The K1 queue in Warsaw is 2023 and I can’t imagine the IR one is substantially better; those appointment times in Frankfurt seem amazing.

Hi I sent 1 email to andrzej.gajer@wilanowfamilypractice.pl but they  don't reply to me. And I sent to office@wfp.waw.pl and at the next day they  answered. 
I didn't make the appointment yet, they said they do appointments for Ukranians that have interview in Frankfurt and I have to sent case number and day of interview and then I email again saying that we do have appointments yet because we are looking for an office that can made Medical, then they reply that they can make appointments and they need case number, at this time I am waiting for response to some questions, I ask if I have to make appointments for the other place where applicants have to make the XRay and other labs work or they do it, so I don't know yet, ones they replay to me I will let you know, I hope they answer me tomorrow. Hopefully they will reply to you soon. 
 

Hi yes he is in the 2 category immigrant his visa category is IR2 I send an email to embassy waiting for response, thank you .

I think my only option will be fill l 130 here in the states since the memo said family who have fled Ukraine and my stepson and his family just returned to Ukraine 🇺🇦 It was shocking for us know this now it's going to be a nightmare every day thinking what could happen to them. Thank you for your cooperation. I hope he can be here with us very soon.
