Not everyone fills out the preparer part even though the beneficiary didn't fill it out (I'm not saying to do that).
I filled it out. If you do it online you need to print out that page and scan it.
It's especially important to fill it out if there's a language barrier, because then it's more obvious that someone helped.
I'm more savy in this stuff anyway so I'm handling all the paper work.

I had that happen 2 days ago while logging in to see if anything changed, then the next day they announced their new website.
So maybe they're doing some maintenance over the weekend.

It all depends on the whole picture, everything together should tell a compelling story, the weight of one piece of evidence depends on what else you have.
 

From what I've seen in the forums, people have experienced the opposite.

First of all, nobody has joint property leases or bank accounts when they marry overseas and are in the process of immigration.  Your RFE is for the time you got married to the point of the RFE so scrambling to “create” evidence after the fact, often advised here, is ill-advised.  You married Dec 2020?  What did you send?
 
My suggestion is load your reply like a K1 package.  Reservations, Plane tix, hotel receipts, all records of all visits and time spent together from the time you met until the time you returned to the US and filed.
 
It is rare that I advise photos but this is one instance that I would suggest a handful of them.  It doesnt sound like you filed much so knowing what you initially sent would be helpful in answering this RFE
 
 

when you say it's out of processing time what stats specifically are you checking?
how long our of processing time is it?

I was looking for them, just wanted to make sure they were checking official stats, I've seen people quite VJ times before.

People are having trouble getting the transcripts right now because the IRS is shutdown.
The website to request them doesn't work for everyone, in that case you might have to send actual tax documents.
