Some people do get P3 by email (on the day that second Ready happens). They had my email so I don't know, it seems random who gets P3 by email, but most of the time it goes by mail. P4 is always by email though (you will get P4 in their reply to your P3 docs that you send them).
@NicoleM can you assist us? We were mailed our P3. We scanned and emailed our P3 toMTL on May 20. CEAC has changed date to May 21, but no P4 email. Thoughts?

@Greenbaum we are happy to update you that our K1 is “in transit” to Montreal Canada. We are excited but want to be well prepared. We will update our timeline, and check the P3 list. Do you have other expertise you can share. As always, thanks.🥳

Where or how do you know that?
just on the CEAC website?
@Chipper15 @pooj97 How do you know your cases have been “touched”? Did you receive an email? If so from whom?

My case actually got transferred to the Montreal consulate and changed to Ready status this past Tuesday. I’m really excited!! However, I haven’t yet heard of any K1 interviews scheduled for January which really worries me. I know people who submitted their P3’s on November 12th but have yet to receive P4 or an interview date I don’t know why they’ve paused. The last date they gave for K1 interviews was Dec 7th while spousals got scheduled for January interviews last Friday
Hoping for the best. Keep us posted.👍🏻

Expect to have a long wait. My case was approved in early April and has been at NVC ever since. NVC has said they still have not heard from Montreal about requesting new K1 cases but since Montreal has finished all rescheduled interviews and almost finished K1 interviews for cases that reached the consulate before Covid, I’m feeling kinda hopeful for January. They’ve definitely slowed down compared to the rate at whcih they were scheduling interviews in Sept - mid Nov but since November 16th they have not given out new dates for K1 interviews. I’m praying that they get started again soon
Is there a reason for only one date in December for K1 interviews?

Hi @Derek Scheyer have you looked at medipac.com? It has an official COVID-19 statement. 🙃

Hi everyone: October 6 was supposed to be a shipment day (NVC to MTL) has anybody received a change in status “in transit” or even better packet info or an interview date?
We are really hoping to see progress...🍁

Cross posting that via facebook Canadian K1 & Spousal Visa group this morning a K1 with an original interview date of March 18, was reschedule to October 19. I imagine some VJ members will be able to report the same in the coming days.
Also saw this update for Canada. It is movement...
