How long does it take to get the tracking number after my status changes to "Card was mailed to me"?
Your status should change to "card picked up by USPS" and a tracking number within a few days or if you're signed up for USPS informed delivery you can track it from there

Congrats 🎉!
I have a question about your timeline. You had been waiting for NOA notifications ~ two weeks, right?
I'm asking because I sent my package almost two weeks ago and still didn't get notifications. I'm wondering why it takes that long. Or is it happens sometimes?
Thank you! Yes, 15 days to be exact. I've seen it take from 1 week up to 1 month for other people, I don't think there's a system for it. If you sent it to the right address and it has been delivered all you can really do is just wait until they get to it. Good luck!:)

Update : 1/28/2020 : Case ready to be scheduled an interview. Kind of slow, I think.
Thats not bad, your interview could be scheduled in anywhere from a few days to months depending on your office. Only took 5 days for me. At least you know you won't get a RFE!

Congratulations!
Why are your freaking out? My bio was done slightly earlier than you and then nothing yet. *Fingers-crossed*
Any news on your EAD?
Thank you! I didn't expect to get the interview so soon and my husband is deployed so I'm gonna have to go to the interview alone.
No news on EAD.
Hope you get some news soon!

So when is your interview scheduled for? As for me, I sent my package 10/23, biometrics 11/26, ready to be scheduled for interview 12/31. And still waiting to go to the next stage.
I don't know yet, I only saw it on my case tracker app and it doesn't say the date just that the interview was scheduled, I'll have to wait for the letter to come to see when it is.
Looks like yours moves pretty quick too, I have a friend that filed in Brooklyn beginning of September and hasn't heard anything after biometrics

They will not ask for bonafides of your previous marriage. It is actually very helpful to your current case that your ex is a US citizen and you did not file for AOS. That alone shows you did not enter into the marriage for immigration benefits. I'm assuming your ex is a US citizen
Yes he's a US citizen. I'm hoping they see it that way too lol thank you for the help!

It may or may not come up. It would not be unheard of for them to look at a prior marriage.
The fact that no attempt was made to become legal with that marriage does not jump out as a negative or positive to me.
Good luck.
Thanks!

Hi all,
A little backstory, I came to the US as a J-1 and stupidly got married at the end of my year to my then boyfriend. Long story short it didnt work out between us and I never ended up filing AOS packet with him, therefore ending up "out of status" for over 2 years. Met my now husband, finalized divorce, got married again and now we have our interview coming up.
My question is are they going to bring up my first marriage at the interview? And will I have to bring evidence that that marriage was bona fide too even tho I never filed for a green card?

I did not call ahead of time. The officer asked me where my husband was and I told him he was deployed and gave him the deployment letter and then did the interview alone
