    Yeah i would wait a bit. USCIS takes 2-3 weeks just to even open your request. i would wait for the 30 day timelines from filing the request.

    Yes the nunances of language usage is extremely important. Iam going to see new born baby - visa approved iam going to help my son and daughter in law during new born times - visa denied. its silly but it is what it is .

    Her case will be approved or denied based on the merits of how she presents herself to the visa officer. She should focus on the interview that she is coming to see her grand kids not help you. There should be no issues as long as she is genuine visitor coming to see her grand children.

    stem OPT is irrelevant once green card is approved. you can file the document as a symbolic gesture. It will not matter

    Yes you can inform school/employer once you get Green card in hand you no longer have STEM OPT Status. So the submission will likely be useless as it will likely get denied

    i honestly dont think any one signs. its a electronic signature that is applied to all packages addresses to USCIS at the lockbox

    That is correct. Dont need for K1 but need for Adjustment of Status. However its going to far more expensive in the US to get those vaccines. Better to get them in home country. They can run to 400-1000$ depending on what vaccines area needed

    in the current administration you dont wait for i-94 expiry to happen. They can than send you NTA for overstay and you will go full circle around the court Just file the application before the i-94 expires allowing for timely filing. If they think you need another sponsor, they could RFE but dont DELAY. file ASAP without delay

    the address does not matter really. They are go to a postal Lockbox at USPS post office is Lewisville. The post office pools all the USCIS packages and delivers to the address above. Worst case scenario it will get sent back to you or goes to secondary for address check at the post office but most likely it wont matter. keep us posted what happens

    good luck my man. USCIS is being directed by the current admin who thinks draconian rules are what it should be. Our country has fallen to real lows.
