After 5 weeks the rfe came as request for medical does that mean it’s getting close to interview if they request that

Sorry for typo it is a request for additional evidence I received it’s been nearly 3 years since case was originally submitted

Sorry for asking if answer been given few times haven’t been online in a long time just wondering is it normal in nyc vawa was approved in November 2019 by no update since online case not even sent to local office

No nothing at all and status just still sayin as of 06-06-2018 your case have been received

That’s where my first 2 went but after vawa way approved they sent to nbc this time so that’s it now long wait ahead lol thanks for answer

Yes my i485 was filed in June 2018 along with my i360 both were filed together

So thankfully online status for i360 has changed to case is approved what’s typically need step and timeline for it to happen thanks

Note: do not let your EAD expire even if you get your interview, re apply 4 months before it expires “just in case” I had seen many applicants not getting I485 approve in the spot with EAD expiring so this way you are cover all the time until your I485 is approve!
