Both the petitioner and the beneficiary should have a seperate Intent to Marry Letter. That is what most adjudicators want to see.

Court papers must be certified and police reports for each offense must be included and those do not need to be certified. Get those and return to USCIS and your case will continue to move forward. Don't miss any offenses even those that are expunged or sealed as everything in your life is in their data bases even if not in the court.
