    Sounds good.  Don’t forget that you both need to write and sign statements of intent to marry.

    Perhaps, you could email your county clerk to ask if there is anything in particular a non-citizen, who doesn't yet have a social security number should bring when you apply for your marriage license. You could include a copy of their reply with your RFE response. It would show intent, beyond talking with friends and family in addition to providing you with information you may need anyway.

    I have a feeling my RFE is for passport photos also. I did the New Zealand format for the date stupidly and I noticed mine is slightly larger than my fiancé’s. Easy fix tho
