    Hoping all Documents are fine and they don’t ask for more documents, then I expect to receive work, travel permit by Oct-Nov. Currently estimated time is 4-6 months as per their website. 
     

    You can go to USCIS Processing Times page and select I-131 form and NBC office (unless yours different)

     

    EDIT: Your timeline says Chicago office, but I don’t see that option on processing times page. Re-check your NOA letter. It says service center at bottom left.

    Normally after Biometrics, you would get work permit, travel permit, social security, if you applied. Processing time page shows that NBC are at Feb end cases. My case was received by them mid-May so I am expecting an update in 1-2.5 months. If you get lucky, then you’ll get green card directly in 1-3 months time. This seems to happen with very rare cases, but if they have a heavy backlog due to COVID, then interview might be waived for a lot of k1 AOS applications as 1 interview is done already during k1 time

    so your biometrics is done , correct?

    i have applied for Aos , traveL n work. So after biometrics the travel n work take 1-3 months ? I know Aos takes time. 
    feb cases ohhh , means lot of time

    We have sent our forms on 24 April ( attorney posted those) even after more than 30 days we have not received any communication or notifications from Uscis. We called them but they have no updates, the cheque is not yet cashed And I know friends who posted forms 2 weeks later than us have already received the receipts.

    we are worried, please help.

    We emailed to the lockbox email id but there is mo Response since 12 days

    Hi Friends 

    we gave sent package of all forms on 24 april still not received any update from uscis, cheque is not cashed, uscis has no info in their system as told us over helpline number. We have not hot any response from lockbox email since 12 days

    we are worried , we got married and submitted the aos within 90 days but we are stuck as we have no information on further steps 

    please help

Out of curiosity who did your fiancé talk to at the USCIS?  I tried calling today and got to tier 2, but I still got the response from the officer that they currently processing cases that they received in April.  As a lurker of this site, I know they are currently processing cases they received in August.  My fiance has a daughter who will age out in January so we are really stressing this.

    Hello Everyone 

    here it is for us .. my fiancé called uscis on nov 7 and the executive informed us we may soon get approval. 
    Today the Apps lawfully and casetracker show we got approved on Nov 6 !! Yaayy

    But there is no update on the uscis website.. not received hard copy yet .. 

    Little strange , we both were confused but will wait for the hard copy ..

    how does the app get details and not the uscis web..
