You're the first interview request I've seen in a while. Don't be discouraged though!
Lol. We just had our interview on 9/8.
It seems that the officer didn't look at all the evidence we presented.
He kept on asking like 3 or 4 times if my husband specifically searched for a Filipina wife on a dating website where we met. (Ok Cupid)
He also asked why I was only added on the apartment lease in July when we moved there in November. He also wanted to RFE the original lease. Luckily, I had saved it on my phone so he said that satisfies that issue.
They're actively reviewing our petition.

Update: I received my online access in the mail today and I'm scheduled for the biometrics on Feb 21st. (Denver office)
RFE (LoL)
Marriage certificate and proof of married life together!
I guess they lost our marriage certificate that was included in the our AOS packet.

How do you submit for online access ?
A separate letter will be provided in the mail with your online access code. This is usually after they sent the receipt notices for your I-148 forms, ead and AP.
I also read somewhere that if you don't receive the online access letter, you can "ask Emma" and she will send it via email.

"COVID-19 Testing No Longer Required for U.S. Entry as of June 12, 2022".
However, you still need to be vaccinated.
Thanks. This is very helpful
And yes I have the two doses and 1 booster shot from Moderna.

Howdy,
My flight from Manila to Seattle is on Nov 7. Is RT-PCR still required before I leave?

I had my K1 Visa interview on 9/29 and I got my visa on 10/4.

Steps:
- Cancel that trip.
- File for AP when you file for AOS (it's form I-131). Additionally consider filing form I-765 for work authorization too.
- Wait.... Wait... wait
- Travel once you have said AP (about 8 months)
We waited two years (Pandemic + Manila Embassy)
I think we nailed waiting lol

You need an approved AP (Advance Parole). Do NOT leave the U.S. until you have it.
This is what I was looking for. Thanks TBoneTX

My K1 Visa is pending in the US Embassy in Manila but we are planning on going to the Bahamas after we get married.
Example timeline:
June: Manila Embassy Interview
August: Flying to the US with an approved K1 Visa
Sept: Going to the Bahamas for a week then flying back to the US
What do I need to make sure I can fly in and out of the US for the Bahamas trip?

There has been a lot of recent blogs about their K1's "in transit' to USEM and I can't help but feel discouraged because our NOA2 is April 2020 and theirs are May, June and July 2020.
We've been waiting for so long and now people got ahead of us. This is so cruel and I don't know who to contact regarding this. I don't have the fight in me anymore.

Did CEAC update your status?

What does "Most K visa cases being scheduled were documentarily complete in July 2021" even mean?

Hello Guys, It's been 1 year and 6 months since our K1 Visa was stuck at NVC.
Now my US petitioner has a new address and phone number and we don't know who we need to contact to update his profile.
Is it the Manila Embassy, NVC, USCIS? Joe Biden perhaps? lol 😆
