Had my interview at the San Jose office today, it went well.
 
Applied May 2nd, 2020
biometrics reuse notice Feb 19th 2021
Interview scheduled March 15th 
Interviewed April 19th
 
Oath ceremony is still to be scheduled, most likely for next month. They only do the oath ceremony at the San Jose office once a month outside.

Got an e-mail saying that an action was taken on my case. Interview has been scheduled.

Men this is awesome, I am glad you are done with the immigration journey. My interview is coming up on April 26th, after my big frustration on february 3rd :(, Iam ready to be done. Ill check your video on youtube !

Looks like USCIS updated the look of the portals......which is great!
 
But, there seems to be a bit of a confusion as to where my process is at. HA!  I got the Bio reuse letter 1/20 but the update says i will be receiving my Bio notice.   Ah well, USCIS confusion as per usual. 
I have to this point not have any success in getting an Infopass apt due to my GC expiring on the 21st of this month either.  Frustrations!

Same happened to me, but they cancelled in my face when I was waiting to be interviewed at the USCIS building 😣😪. They said the system was down the whole morning and that they will reschedule, but havent heard from them since february 3rd.
And the estimated time went from February to november. 

Had my interview today at the Los Angeles County Field office in DTLA. Got 10 questions even though I answered the first 6 correctly. 😄
 
Oath ceremony will be on Tuesday next week, March 16. Got the Oath Notice in hand before I left the field office right after the interview. I will also have a name change. 
 
These were the 10 questions I got:
 
-What are the two parts of the U.S. Congress?
-There are four amendments to the Constitution about who can vote. Describe one of them.
-Who lived in America before the Europeans arrived?
-What is one thing Benjamin Franklin is famous for?
-What did the Emancipation Proclamation do?
-What did Susan B. Anthony do?
-Name one state that borders Canada.
-What is the capital of the United States?
-Where is the Statue of Liberty?
-Name two national U.S. holidays.
 
Reading: Who elects congress?
Writing: The people elect congress.
 
She didn't ask for any definitions, just went through the N-400 form quickly to see if anything had changed since I filed, and then I had to sign/approve the corrections.
 
Will post a more indept review in the L.A. thread in a few days for anyone who might be interested.

My interview for March 16 just got cancelled this morning and estimated time jumped to 9 months.
 
Hopefully nothing wrong and will get rescheduled soon.

Sorry for the disappointment. You'll get there soon. Just shows the lack of modernity in most government run places.

I filed early may. Been over 9 months and not even a single update since the first day email message. If it were a private run entity, they'd go bankrupt with this kind of response time but *sigh* here we are. Waiting at the mercy of this organization speeding up processing for all of us waiting.
 
I can't even visit my aging  and fragile parents abroad since I kept pushing the trip back, thinking oh I'm already 6-7 months in, don't wanna visit now and miss my bio appointment or risk them prolonging my processing further  with more months of background check because of an abroad trip after filing. Stuck in a limbo.

There is no Multiple choice, you directly have to answer the right one. The iPAD is only used for reading and writing on it. hope this helps. Good luck tomorrow

In my case I received the biometric reuse notice on September 4, 2020. On December 29th I received the interview appointment for february 3rd 2021.
