I think they are shocked from my response and they are not even responding my messages anymore.
i really didn’t wanna lie to them and tell them it’s gonna be ok and that’s what they wanted to hear.

The child was in their custody at the time they applied and got their green cards.
they left their child with his grandmother when they moved to the U.S a year ago.
the problem is the kid could easily just get a green card if they mentioned him in the paperwork.

Well, do they love the son enough to go back?

There's absolutely no waiver for what they did. By omitting their son from the DV application, they were automatically disqualified.

Their son will NEVER get a visa through them since they LIED and made a MATERIAL MISREPRESENTATION to FRAUDULENTLY obtain their green cards.

Yes, my wife’s naturalization certificate does show her photo. I believe it comes from the photos taken during the N400 biometrics appointment.

waa2100 reacted to krispyfreya in Second request for interview to adjust status - confused!
Hey guys,
So I had my interview to adjust my status from K1 to become a permanent resident in March of this year. Attended the biometrics before, the interview went alright, and I later received a letter of approval, as well as my permanent residence card. I received a letter this morning telling me to attend an initial interview in August. I'm so very confused!
Has this happened to anyone else?? Maybe I'm missing something here!
Thanks :)
