Urgent B2 Visa for Wife to Accompany Sick U.S. Citizen Child – Morocco
JeanneAdil replied to JJasper's topic in Tourist Visas
Sorry this is very blunt but dealing with Casa is hard A team of Moroccan and US Drs would decide emergency medical care for your son those papers decide if son (even if you have his US passport) control emergency care treatment in US and if he can travel Lung treatment if TB ? You, the USC, can travel and bring him here if you have the above (US drs, approval for him to travel and his US passport) the mother's 2 children left in Moroc is not a strong tie/ she could possibly come and Adjust to stay and when she gets her green card , file to bring children here or you could petition for them as your step children Past Moroccan experiences: USC lived in Moroc with Morccan husband She got cancer and came here for treatment As she was dying, he applied to visit her with all US and hospital statements He owned Moroc business and his own apartment and Casa denied him to even visit his dying wife and he had strong Moroc ties chances for your wife to get this visa in Casa and real slim BUT she can try allah yessir -
you will need to make SS office appointment and process the change as USCIS and SS quit this https://ariasvilla.com/uscis-ends-automatic-social-security-number-update/#:~:text=Understanding the Change,Number Application Process (oSSNAP). However, as of early 2025, this automatic communication has been suspended. The SSA has temporarily paused the Enumeration Beyond Entry (EBE) program, which facilitated the automatic issuance and updating of SSNs for certain immigration applicants

It would appear so at first but reading the reduced USCIS page for N 400 fee reduction, USCIS would consider assets like value of your rental property from the person who filed the I 864 on behalf of N 400 petition https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees/additional-information-on-filing-a-reduced-fee-request#Determining However, we will consider that person’s income or assets in deciding whether you are eligible for a reduced fee only if that person is currently a member of your household. that's from the site above they are also going to question how you can afford all the international travel you posted and need fee waiver

reading the article says these 2 countries are not the ones with the biggest overstays also does not say how the bond will be returned / apply and wait and wait??? why is congress not taking charge of immigration ? Seems the only thing that body can vote on is higher wages for themselves The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) is the body of U.S. law that governs immigration and citizenship. It establishes the requirements for entering the country, obtaining citizenship, and the rights and responsibilities of immigrants. The INA is the primary source of immigration law in the United States.

not duty free In many contexts, "duty-free cars" refers to vehicles that can be imported without paying the usual import duties and taxes. This exemption often applies to specific situations, such as: Returning Residents: US citizens employed abroad or government employees returning from extended duty (usually 140 days or more) may be eligible to import a foreign-made car duty-free as part of their personal and household effects. Returning US-Manufactured Vehicles: Motor vehicles that were previously manufactured in the US and are returning to the country are generally duty-free. Classic or Antique Vehicles: Vehicles that are at least 25 years old can be imported into the United States without having to meet current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) pollution and safety requirements. Diplomats and other Special Cases: Some countries offer duty-free car purchases for diplomats and other eligible professionals, such as farmers, civil servants, teachers, doctors, and taxi drivers.

I 130 for children has to be separate petitions as there are no derivates of that type of petition and grandmother can not petition for F 12 So, how did grandmother petition? Is son in US? F12: Child of an alien classified as F11 or F16. This means an F12 visa is for the child of someone who is either an adult unmarried child of a U.S. citizen or a self-petitioned unmarried son or daughter of a U.S. citizen.

I-130 Expedite Chance Due Surgery?
JeanneAdil replied to Ekto Oktan's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
my thoughts too if it is for USC, the person can come back to US and have surgery here with family and friends support -
the CR 1 can also be denied (our 1st one was and we had to appeal and reapply) You need to actually know what CO saw on computer and why denied the K1 Casa will not say age difference as that is age discrimination / the CO will come up with something he says to deny For us the CO said "i did not know what books wife read" and we had a long discussion of this in text messages with her trying to tell me and me saying "i never heard of Shakespeare and Mark Twain" so, i did see but didn't know these books You need to talk to the bene and find out what was asked and bene's impressions of the "turn around " when the passport was returned you also need to formally withdraw the K1 -letter to USCIS office will do that -case $, both names and both DOB's/ you can send this letter in with the new I 130 for spouse visa If you have to go to consummate the marriage from Utah zoom, why not marry there? Make sure Casa accepts (immigration does but how do the consummate the marriage?) Reason is Morocco does not accept it as legal meaning u can not stay in same room with him-not even to eat or a motel ,or person who rents an apartment as they are required to see marriage certificate A Utah Zoom marriage, legally performed via Utah's online marriage laws, is generally not recognized as valid in Morocco. While Utah recognizes online marriages, Morocco typically requires marriages to be performed in person or according to local religious and legal customs

I-130 Expedite Chance Due Surgery?
JeanneAdil replied to Ekto Oktan's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Who is who as you refer to the bene as she and as He? She wants to spend the post-operative period in the US to avoid any risks, as her family and everyone who can provide her with personal support are there. And Because after the surgery, he really needs general health support, supplements, and family support, I cannot keep him in Turkey and has a US Doctor been asked to do the follow up? And will airline let the person fly? -
Denial during K-1 visa interview
JeanneAdil replied to AneliaO's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Unfortunately this is so true but the age gap of over 10 years would be the real reason On the CO's computer he/she may have seen a remark from a superior that had previewed the petition and recommended the denial OR could have seen you spent little quality time together OR could have seen something on a media site In Moroc time spent together is so important showing Morocan family -especially the mother- approves is important Now you are faced with the issue to end or pursue a Moroccan marriage and CR1 visa the steps to marry in Moroc are outlined in the following site https://ma.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/marriage-in-morocco-2/ it requires quite a bit of travel inside moroc to marry an appointment 1st at Casa embassy to get avidavit to marry (cost about $100) then to translate all US documents (most expensive part of the process) then to Rabat to Office of foreign minister then to hometown to interview with police and judge and wait for permission to marry took us 3 weeks -
congrats to u both Have a blessed life

the idea of attorney handling the process is mistaken They get information from you and one of their secretary's type up the petition ($3000 or more) and they mail in the packet and that's it any RFE, it will be extra money to mail it back -after u, again, provide the documents for the proof they do not attend the interview if u go to the word source above in the blue line , you will see many lawyer offices have made mistakes on the petition and caused delays in processing the K1 Best to you but you can do this and if you think not , also be prepared to pay attorney for the AOS expensive part of K1 Research the K1 process, its not that hard to fill out the K1 petition
